Date someone special from California, United States. I usually find a way to have a lot to say, but coming up with something here is difficult.
I am really just trying to see what is out there.
First and foremost, I am obsessed with Disneyland. I have a pass and try to go as often as possible.
I am always looking toward the future, but that doesn't mean I don't soak in and appreciate the present.
I am not a go out to the clubs type of girl. I prefer staying in or going somewhere comfortable.
The five most recent movies I saw in theater are: The Avegers, The Five-Year Engagement, The Raven, Project X and Titanic 3D. As you can see, I can go for almost anything.
I am looking for someone who can not only keep up with my sarcastic humor, but dish it right back to me.
I tend to go for the "nerdy" type. The smarter, the better. I like someone who can hold an intelligent conversation and impress me with his knowledge.
I majored in Biology in college, so I do enjoy science.
I'm really a fairly open person, so feel free to ask me anything!
Meet a soulmate from California, United States. I'm typical, you won't notice me at a social party. Well, just means you need to pay attention. Get to know the real me.
I have been moving around a lot in the past 8 yrs. So I came here recently. I love my life, family and friends (some of you are far away, but I still love you). I temporally am not sure what I truly love to do as a career.
On the other hand, I'm pretty sure what I'm looking for in dating. I'm old-fashioned and asian. So I would love to be treated like a lady. I appreciate when a guy put his best effort to please a woman, make her feels special.
And yes, I love kids.
Someone that enjoys daily routine life and also adventure travel... Would you come and pick me up?
Date single girl from California, United States. Hey there! I'll start off by saying that I view life as an adventure and can find the beauty and humor in any situation. I LOVE to travel (almost as much as I love to laugh), and never want to stop exploring. I have a pretty awesome sense of humor and truly appreciate the moments when I laugh so hard my abs hurt. I find the most humor in everyday life, such as awkward moments that I get "second-hand embarrassment" from, sarcasm is my favorite, and hilarious stories of crazy situations (being an RN, I have plenty).
I am super laid back and just love to enjoy life. My friends and family mean the world to me, and the relationships I build hold priority over anything else. I am kind, fun-loving, and non judgmental. But enough about me already (I swear I'm humble)!
In a man, I value intelligence, a great sense of humor, the ability to let loose and not care what others think of you, a sense of adventure, spontaneity, a solid head on your shoulders, a drive for success, and the ability to realize that I just wrote way too long of a sentence (warning: grammar freak!). I believe that chivalry is NOT dead, and a man should treat a woman with respect (and also expect respect from the woman).
I am very old fashioned when it comes to dating. I appreciate car and building doors being opened for me, a hand when getting in and out of a car; just a genuine gentleman, basically.
All in all, I hope to find someone who has as much of a thirst for life as I do. Can't wait to start this adventure!
Meet a girl from California, United States. I'm totally not the ideal person for this website...since the thought of meeting someone on the internet sort of freaks me out, BUT I'm certain that my prince charming isn't going to appear at the bars...and if he is there, he is most likely just drinking beer with his friends watching a football game...which is exactly what I do at the bars too.
I work hard and enjoy my job, but it does seem to take up a lot of my time. I'm independent and not looking for someone to take care of me, but for someone to start enjoying the fun things in life with. I'm very close to my family and the relationship I have with them means the world to me.
Date someone special from United States. Even though I've spent most of my life in South Orange County, I wouldn't say I'm the typical Orange County girl. My family's midwest roots keep me grounded, while having lived in big cities including Chicago and London has also broadened my horizons.
While I love being out and about and having random adventures, I'm not really into the party scene. You're more likely to find me at a low-key bar or even just at home with a group of friends having a few drinks and playing a party game on a Saturday night.
I like to ironically carry my gym clothes in a tote bag that says "I (Heart) Pizza." It's true though, I really do (Heart) pizza.
I have an unhealthy obsession with Groupon and LivingSocial deals. I buy them way too often, but they give me the opportunity to try things I might not have done otherwise like paintballing and deep-sea fishing. I'm still keeping my eyes out for a good skydiving deal even though I'm sort of scared to death to actually try it.
Even though I'm not a die-hard sports fan (i.e. I won't be reciting any stats or starting line-ups), I still absolutely love going to sporting events, especially Angels games.
I enjoy playing Ultimate Frisbee, Disc Golf, and normal golf even though I'm really not very good at any of them (getting better at golf though- let's hit the driving range!)
I am pretty sarcastic and I make a lot of terrible, corny jokes, so I apologize for those in advance. It's extremely important to me to be able to laugh and have fun with the person I'm with.
Things I enjoy include: traveling/road trips, random adventures, wine-tasting, dinosaurs, live concerts and theater, Netflix, hiking, snuggling, party games, and singing (I LOVE karaoke, but I often get stage-fright).
Things I don't really enjoy include: Zombies. Seriously, they scare me.
In all seriousness though, while I can often be silly and goofy, I do know when it's time to take things seriously. I have a great job that I love, even though it can be very stressful at times. I have amazing friends and family, but I'd love to find someone to share my time with one-on-one. My parents are still very much in love after over 30 years of marriage and I can only hope I can find someone special that I will have that kind of future with.
I am looking for someone kind and funny (and preferably a little dorky) who will not only be a significant other, but truly a best friend. I firmly believe that open communication is the most important part of a successful relationship, so I hope you do as well.
So, if you have made it to the end of my ridiculously long profile and have seen anything that has interested you or made you smile, please shoot me an email or a quick wink!
Meet a soulmate from United States. IРІР‚в„ўm a super-straightforward, lighthearted woman with a strong (sometimes too strong) work ethic who likes dancing, shooting pool with friends, taking spontaneous road trips, and curling up on the couch with a really good movie after a long day.
A few words to describe myself? Adventurous, ambitious, loyal, and open minded. People close to me would probably also add smart and fun to that list, but IРІР‚в„ўll leave that up to you to decide.
At this stage in my career, I'm doing quite a bit of traveling. My ideal match would definitely be someone up for exploring this world with me.
IРІР‚в„ўd like to meet a smart, affectionate guy with a great sense of humor who knows how to let go and laugh at himself. Ambition and confidence are sexy, but itРІР‚в„ўs not about how much money you have or what car you drive.
I wouldnРІР‚в„ўt say IРІР‚в„ўm looking for something serious right away, but IРІР‚в„ўd like to definitely leave that door open.
Now, selling myself in writing, not one of my best abilities. But give me 5 minutes and a coffee shop, I can sell ice to Eskimos!
"Winking" is just a first step. Then let's see if we want to move on to the witty back & forth.
Date single girl from United States. It can't hurt to give this a whirl, right?
I'm currently a grad student majoring in clinical psychology at Pepperdine, where I work as well. Someday I plan on having my own private practice as a marriage & family therapist. When not at school or studying I'm either at the gym, beach, or somewhere outdoors. I'm a bit of a health nut and really enjoy learning more about nutrition.
I love to cook, bake, run, snowboard, read, hike, and travel!
I have a dry sense of humor and am a little quirky, but "normal" is boring, right? Blame it on the English in me.
I'd like to think I'm pretty easy going and open-minded, but not someone you can walk all over.
Meet a girl from United States. I'm 25 years old and I don't ever have time to date so I thought what the heck lets give this a try. I teach yoga, spin, Pilates and I'm a personal trainer and in school for nursing. I love being outside. I'm a hb city lifeguard and very hard working. I love to have a good time and enjoy myself. My friends and family mean everything to me. I'm a very happy positive person.
Date someone special from Huntington Beach, United States. This quote pretty much sums up my outlook on life. I love God, laughter, the outdoors, sports, and food. I'm one of the most down to earth, laid back chicks around. I'm very passionate about life, the people I love, and the things I love doing. Whit, sarcasm and a good sense of humor are a must for me.The rest is up to you to find out!
"The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider freeways, but narrower viewpoints.
We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time.
...
We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.
We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.
We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.
WeРІР‚в„ўve learned how to make a living, but not a life. WeРІР‚в„ўve added years to life not life to years.
WeРІР‚в„ўve been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. WeРІР‚в„ўve done larger things, but not better things.
WeРІР‚в„ўve cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. WeРІР‚в„ўve conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less.
We plan more, but accomplish less. WeРІР‚в„ўve learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less.
These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes......
These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill.
It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete."

Meet a soulmate from Huntington Beach, United States. I'm a staunch believer in "all is well that ends with a cool story."
I've learned from yesterday, but keep my focus on today and try to keep the phrase "what if?" from crossing my lips. I have a penchant for success and the drive to take me anywhere I want to go. (Which is typically straight back to bed)
I am a passionate person and I don't half-*** anything.
Unless I can pay someone else to do it for me- then I don't do it at all.
I'm analytical and in my head a lot; I like it when I can pose a weird question about science or history and actually get an intelligent response from someone. I've got all the usual passions like travel, outdoor activities, and vodka.
I'm ridiculously sarcastic, and appreciate those who can "dish it and take it". I also completely lack a filter (unless I'm around grandma) so those easily offended need not apply.
I prefer things like laser tag, bowling, mini golf, baseball games and otherwise to going to a bar or club (although a night out in Hollywood or Vegas with my girlfriends isn't always overruled.)
Spontaneity and complete randomness are appreciated. It takes me four minutes to pack and get in the car- although I guarantee my entire closet is coming with me :)
I sing, I dance and most of the time I'm a complete fool. I guarantee I'll make you laugh- either with me or at me.
