My passion is to support and encourage creativity and imagination to young children who has become a product of "life's" race to be at the top. It doesn't matter what topic... as long as I can keep curiosity and exploration alive, and help parents realize that's okay at such a young age, I'm happy. I'm a small town girl who grew up on a farm and always dreamed of living "life" in the big city. As soon as I turned 18 and college arrived, I left as quickly as I could. However, don't let the looks fool you just because 'nails done, hair done, everything did.' Growing up in the country, my dad and brothers made sure this girl can survive on her own. That's right, the three essentials of Survival 101: knowing how to change a flat tire, shoot a gun and build a fire. Although despite their best efforts, I'll be the first one to admit, I still throw like a girl.
I enjoy going out which means dancing is a MUST at some point of the night. I grew up in the Bay Area and lived in Amsterdam, Holland for one year when I was in college. Being active and "outdoorsy" is very important to me. I've been a kickboxer for about 5 years and grew up playing tennis. I found out on a recent trip to Hawaii that I'm afraid of being in the ocean! As I type this, I'm listening to Pandora on random, which is playing a mix of Spanish guitar, Stevie Wonder, Foreign Exchange, Bone Thugs and Miranda Lambert (yes, that's Country). However, nothing is better than live music - of any genre!
