I am easy going and a little goofy, but I know when to get serious. But for the most part, I try to find the humor in everything. I realize that this may lead to very awkward situations, but I am okay with that. Well, I'm pretty awkward anyways, like telling jokes at inappropriate times, tripping over my own feet, etc. I have a pretty out-going personality, but at the same time I'm a little shy. I'm not into the hipster "sub"culture despite my glasses and obsession with buying used, I prefer an authenic dive or mellow bar over a hip bar or club, flying terrifies me to the core and I love pancakes.
One problem that I have experienced lately in this wonderful relm of dating is the negative/too cool attitude. We all have are days, but I am looking for someone who can come up with just as many positives as negatives, and also not pretend that they own the universe. Sharing is caring.

Honest? Being a trusted and responsible friend and lover is a big deal for me! I don't like being thought of as dishonest, so I don't lie haha pretty simple. I don't respond to hints and subtle prodding, I appreciate directness and in exchange I am also pretty blunt and encourage open communication. Although I welcome criticism, being rude and insulting is not needed.
Supportive? The sky's the limit, right? No one likes naysayers, so I try to remain positive and refrain from negative thinking.
Tolerant? Tolerance, respect, and understanding can all lead to peace! I hate arguing, but enjoy being the devil's advocate. Not for arguments sake, but to engage people in discussion, it helps me understand the person's point of view and identify weaknesses they might not notice. I never understood people who don't seem interested in understanding other points of view, so I try to be open minded to other opinions.
Humor? Who wants to be around a sour puss all the time? I love to laugh and be silly. Although my kind of humor is somewhat sarcastic and morbid, it's all in good fun! I enjoy watching silly cartoons, turning off my brain and just thinking, stupid Patrick wumbo isn't a word. haha
