I love anything to do with the outdoors camping, gardening, flowers (as a matter of fact i am in the middle of a total redo of my front yard extending flower beds, making some new ones and adding a water fountain it has become a very large project and a lot of hard work but i love it so much), quite walks, love to laugh and joke around, hiking, sitting around a fire pit just looking at the stars, walks on the beach at night under the stars but i also love the mountains, just simply spending time together just talking, watching a movie, or just cuddling, i am very loving, caring, passionate, love romance (whether i am giving or receiving), my favorite is the glow of candle lights just enjoying each other whether it be just cuddling, a relaxing massage or a nice fruit tray and a bottle of wine, extended weekend trips every so often are awesome, antique and classic car shows, occasionally going to the drag strip, i am always open to new adventures and trying news things....
The past few years i have been through a lot and it has been by the wonderful grace of God that i have made it through. I have been through a lot of ups and downs... It's has been a roller coaster ride of hurts and disapointments... For years everyone has told me what a strong woman i am and that i always land on my feet no matter what happens but i never really thought so... A friend introduced me to a celebrate recovery program at the church attending he was attending, at first i was unsure about it. I went for awhile and then i had some very hurtful things happen and i stopped going for a bit... But then i realized that was where i needed to be!!!! So i now go on a regular basis and it has helped me so very much in a lot of areas. I now see and believe what and why everyone has always said that im a very strong woman!!! And I now i find myself looking forward to recovery every week... It is so amazing what God's love can do!! It was so funny a couple of weeks ago the lady that i work with said "can i ask you a question", i responded "yes you sure can", she replied "i have known you for years and you have never ever had a problem with drugs or alcohol so why do you go to recovery", I smiled and said "you have meet my daughter right, lol, recovery is not just for addiction or abuse its any hurts, habits or hang-ups you may have". I guess you can say im a work in progress but i know that God's love will see me through everything!!! I know God has a plan, and things are already starting to reveal themselves on a very positive outlook!! I have found something never felt before and that is a calming peace inside, i am starting to see a lot of things in a new way!! And it feels wonderful, I never wont to lose this feeling only add to it with someone special!!!
I have spent most of my adult life always trying to take care of everyone around me always putting myself in last place!!! I would do whatever and however everyone thought i should!! Now i still try to take care of everyone but have learned not to put myself last anymore!!
