Keeping myself physically, mentally and spiritually fit is very important to me. I have very little regard for 'organized religion,' and I feel strongly that one's spirituality has nothing to do with a building or a group of people who make human rules based on a desire for power and control. I respect you if religion is an important part of your life, but it is not something I will ever embrace. I meditate/pray and work daily to develop a relationship with the Divine Source.
My mate is a man who has integrity and strength of character, is capable and can handle most any situation. He's world conscious and aware. He's trustworthy and commands my respect and admiration; yet is generous and kind and has a great sense of humor. He's ambitious, fiscally responsible, and takes pride in himself, but is not driven by pride. He is emotionally open and available and challenges me intellectually. A first date is not really a date but a "discovery"... a good discovery conversation over lunch or dinner at a great place with great food...would probably be the best first date. I believe in treating all with dignity and respect and dedicating time to listen to others. I prefer to date on a one to one basis.
