In 2010, I made a some dramatic changes at what I considered to be a crossroads in my life... I basically took on the Mantra of "I do what I want!" Yes, it's a Southpark references :-) I began practicing TM or Transcendental Meditation and took time off work to study Feng Shui at The Western School of Feng Shui. I quit a stable job in a down economy to become a Feng Shui Consultant and start my own business. It's exciting, challenging, scary, wonderful and life affirming. Music, Art, Fashion, Food, Wine, Aesthetics, Films, Books, Vedic Astrology, Numerology, Feng Shui; these are my interests.... Flea Markets, wine bars, art walks, dinner parties and dive bars are my idea of a good time.
I am a lefty both in handwriting and politically. As a woman, I am already naturally right brained but then being left handed just enhances these qualities.
I'm a vegetarian for ideological reasons but I sometimes fantasize about eating meat and fear that if I just take one bite I'll go of on some sort of meat binge. I get why people eat it, I just don't anymore.
I'm the kind of girl who feels more comfortable in a skirt or dress because they are more comfortable, seriously! I wear pants but not often and I'm always dying to take them off. I also think dresses are more becoming and cost effective as the top and bottom are attached. ( I recently discovered comfy stretchy skinny jeans in a multitude of shades and am cultivating an entirely new relationship with pants) Dresses still rule though...
