Date a man from United States. Well, the main points first - I am a lover of the arts, dogs, and great cuisine. Love to go to new restaurants and especially like ethnic cuisine. I have season tix to the SF Ballet and also love live theater, photography, and art galleries/museums. For outdoor activities I like to golf, bike, hike, and LOVE playing at the beach with my Golden Retriever, Riley. Lucky me - since I work at home, he keeps me company throughout the day. Went white river rafting not too long ago and had SO much fun!!! Also, took a performance driving course at Infinity last year. Again - had SUCH a blast!!!
Not into camping. The closest I'll get to that is a great bed and breakfast NEAR the woods. LOL!
I own a branding and design firm and LOVE what I do for a living. I have a GREAT sense of humor and am very romantic. And, if you hose me off, I clean up pretty well!
With the aid of some good genes, I have done a very good job of staying in shape. I recently changed my diet to the Paleo Diet. LOVE it and I do feel great, But I would do just about ANYTHING for a very large slice of chocolate cake!
Really enjoy traveling. Went to Italy for 3 weeks a few years ago. SUCH an amazing country!!! I plan to go back soon! France again as well. Am very passionate about NYC. Was just there for a week. Music/B'way, Central Park, art and amazing food! Can hardly wait to go back! Every time I go I have a total blast. It would be perfect if I met someone who would liked to take the occasional weekend trip!
Me: caring, loving, giving, savvy, fun, funny, a great kisser!, and someone you can totally count on. All in all, I am a very good man. :-)
As you can see, I have never been married. Let me tell you why. Actually, I have been engaged twice. Each time to a wonderful woman. In both cases it just a matter of timing. Each time our lives were not in the right place to get married. The great thing is that I am still best friends with each of these women, and I am blessed to have had them in my life. Since then I simply haven't found anyone I have fallen in love with. But, I experienced and lived it twice and I am forever a better person having known and loved those women.. The great thing for their kids is that I am a GREAT 'Uncle Steve'. The kids LOVE me!!! So do their husbands! I feel very blessed.
Here is a good example of what type of uncle I am. Each Christmas I fly to Portland (where they live) and take them and their parents to the Nutcracker. Last year I even picked up the kids in a horse-drawn carriage! To see the amazement on their faces when they walked up to the horse and petted him was magical. Then, the horse and carriage trotted us all through Portland - to brunch and to the Nutcracker! Am I a great uncle or what! :-) The best Christmas present I could ever receive is just being near them. To be surrounded by their love is a wonderful experience.
Meeting someone who has great sense of humor (I have one!) and is fun to be with would be a HUGE plus. Someone who is genuine, honest, forthright, and caring. One point that is critical - it's extremely important you love dogs! Actually, that is a must.
Regarding looks, I like the 'girl next door' type. Genuine beauty inside and out go a long way with me. Pretense and materialism are not big on my playlist. Just have a good heart, are fun to be with, and someone who has the ability to love deeply.
Also...and this is important...you need to like dark chocolate. I have tried dating women who liked milk chocolate and it just never worked out. LOL! :-)
If this sounds like you, drop me a note!
Meet a soulmate from United States. PLEASE NO WINKS. I WILL NOT RESPOND TO THEM.
As my Username suggests...I think I'm pretty interesting...I'm rarely bored. I have a ton of projects going on all the time and never seem to run out them. Of late, I've been actually completing many of them. I have been studying Spanish for years, although, sadly, I only seem to use it when I travel. I love to travel and am pretty darn flexible when I'm on the road. All I need is a good cuppa coffee and I'm launched. My hope is your MO is similar. My lifestyle is 'Marin Casual' I am regularly in shorts and flip flops. Clothes are really very unimportant to me. I do clean up well, but I haven't worn a tuxedo in decades.
I really enjoy many of the activies I did in my 30s..glad to do a road trip or stay up all night to greet the dawn...
I'm looking for somebody flexible and fun and REALLY NICE...like me. Someone with a good heart and integrity who always tries to do what is right...not what is expedient. If you have no interest in boats, tropical locations, and casual living we will never be a good match. Also, as you might expect, if you are driven to be out on the town every weekend, I'm probably not your guy.
If you write, I promise I will send you a response of some sort. It's only right.
Date someone special from United States. I want finacial security and some laughs. I spent the first 20 years of my life as a performing classical musician/teacher. I've worn enough tuxedos during that time to last forever. I'm not into cloths at all. Now self employed and trying to figure how to do less work and have more fun. I've not done much traveling but am starting to be open to the Idea.I have to be near the coast. I'm a vegetable gardner and chef.I'm very gregerious when in public but I spend a lot of time alone composing music, many styles.
Meet single man from United States. I guess I am very social and outgoing and being the oldest of seven have always been looked up to as the leader. Sometimes reluctantly so I take care of people and am always there for those that choose to call me their friend. I am the perfect concert date partner or dinner companian or someone to hang out with. Most people my age think I am much younger than I am and it's true. I think young.
On the professional side I work for myself selling to the scientific community. I am pretty open to most other careers in a mate.
