I work out routinely and stay in good shape. Being Healthy is FUN for me !
Weights, cardio and competitive handball.
Goal this year is to win a Handball Tournament Championship. I will do this !!!
1989 - '94 raced for the USA Bobsled Team. Very dangerous sport, but most thrilling time of my life.
80 mph on a slick ice track, 2 inches above the ice in a 800 lb sled, hitting 5 G's and NO BRAKES are allowed during the race !
And you wonder why I like a Margarita every once in awhile to take the edge off.
Raced against the top Olympic bobsledders in the world.
I was fortunate to be chosen for the Walt Disney Movie " Cool Runnings" with John Candy-(about the Jamaican Bobsled Team). Love all types of sports: However, not a skier or into golf ( too long a game ).
I love to cook- not great at it, but I really enjoy it.
Also, I have a vegetable garden. Nothing like picking some vine- ripe tasty tomatoes add fresh basil- then add some mozzarela and Italian olive oil.
What's better than that ?
