Weekend getaways to not-so-far-away places and dinner with friends are a couple of my favorite diversions. Having traveled through most of western Europe and England, I enjoy discovering places off the beaten track. I also lived on the East Coast, in Connecticut, for about sixteen years, and found it to be an enjoyable change of lifestyle, and often entertain the thought of moving back there and living a quieter life in an old farmhouse.
Being opinionated and stubborn, there is also a playful side to me. Leaning towards a quieter, simpler lifestyle than most, to me, a morning walk through the woods behind my house beats the hell out of coffee at Starbucks. Having a short attention span for small talk, I prefer to spend my time and conversation with one or two close friends. I guess that makes me a bit of an introvert.
