I am a person who believed Peter Pan was the my hero (as in never grow up) until I had my first child at the age of 37, at which point I had a whole new inspiration to be and stay young at heart.
I grew up in the mid-west, spent my summers hanging out on my motherРІР‚в„ўs family farm in Ohio. For fun we slopped pigs, collected eggs, emptyed pea pods, played tag in the barn . I still think work is fun. I like hard work in the yard, I love what I do for a living.
I was raised old school catholic, and while I have a great appreciation for ritual, these days I do not attend a church. I prefer to take my counsel from own inner wisdom and heart.

I see myself as an introspective person. Although I am no longer shy, I would be the one standing initially on the side lines scoping things out, if I can get away with it… before I jump in. I am self- sufficient and a giver, howver, my love language is collaboration, whether it is cooking, gardening, planning a event or trip. I appreciate quality in life, as in: weekend getaways, dressing up to go to dinner, just for the fun of it; beauty/orderliness in my home and in my garden; (The garden is a work in progress) healthy and simple cooking and eating.
