I'm not afraid to say, I started Zumba a couple of months ago and I am having a blast!!!!! No worries, I can still watch action/horror movies and have a beer (I can even burp if it is expected to prove my manhood!).
I enjoy reading historic novels like "Medicus" or "Pillar of the Earth" and can still laugh about Jersey Shore.
I enjoy going to classic music concerts in San Diego as well as electronic music festivals in Vegas.

My relationships with friends and family are very important to me and I feel that I do a great job of contributing to them. I'm on the artistic side, drawing and writing song lyrics/poetry are my strong points. I love to cook and think I'm fairly good at it, but I do live by myself so cooking every night doesn't really happen. Some of my favorite foods are sushi, Italian and Mexican. I think strawberry soda is bomb! I like movies more than TV. I'm more of a board game guy as opposed to video games. I love outdoors with the beach being my favorite place and I'm currently teaching my 5 1/2 year old nephew how to body surf. I'm born and raised in San Diego so the beach has pretty much been part of my upbringing. I love to travel with Spain, Hawaii, and Mexico being some of my favorite places visited. I would love to add Italy/Sicily to that list. I also walk every year for the Susan G Komen for the cure and MS Walk, I've lost family and friends to both and donating my time, money and emotions to these cures is very important to me. I'm also a member of the Surfrider Foundation and participate in beach clean ups around the county at least a couple times a year...respect the beach!
Life can sometimes be a heavy load, but I love making people laugh and try to remind myself to keep things lite. All in all I consider myself a down to earth, easy going guy. I have been through some hard times in years past that help me recognize how sweet the present can be. I feel that your past helps create who you are today, and I'm pretty content with who I am...but there's always room for improvement:)

I’m pretty active and go mountain biking when I’m in the mood for a ride. I often head to Mission Trails. I also like the Cleveland National Forest; Noble Canyon is one of the best trails for biking and I also camp at Cuyamaca Rancho State Park there. In general, San Diego one of my favorite places to be — I love being close to the open water and it’s always great hanging out with my friends. I also like heading to Vegas and LA for a weekend trip. I have a competitive spirit and did the Tough Mudder in Phoenix earlier this year; it was messy, but I had a blast. But while I’m passionate about hanging outside, I’m actually a closet nerd. In fact, I got my BS in computer science! I like reading Scientific American and consider computer programming a hobby, even though it’s been awhile since I’ve worked on anything seriously.

Ok, I have some questions for you.......Can you put on a dress and go dancing all night with me? Can you join my co-ed softball team and go out there and get dirty and kick butt?! I stay in good shape, work out regularly and like to jog, golf and surf. I also try to eat right, although I slip up now and then. So, if you are the fast food at midnight type then we're probably not a match! I think it's just a matter of keeping a good healthy balance.
I also have some tattoo work. Nothing major that can't be almost hidden in a tee shirt though.
I find myself in Church almost every week. So someone who is a Christian also is very important to me.

I guess I'm considered a jock since I love sports. I earn a living as a tennis pro, which ultimately means I have really bad tan lines. I'm svelte . . . with an athletic build, if that makes sense. Athletics has been a big part of my life and I imagine it will remain that way forever. I'm fit and regularly workout to remain so. Would hope to find someone that takes care of themselves in the same manner.
That being said, I don't act like a jock, dress like a jock, or look like a jock. In fact I tend to gravitate toward the art culture side of things. I love music and going to shows. I love finding strange art in local thrift stores or see what my friends are painting. Cinema and TV are nice outlets too. I pretty much like anything that resembles irreverent comedy. TV = Archer, Workaholics, Idiot Abroad, Arrested Development, Etc.
Oh and I love food. Love trying new restaurants whether they be hole in the wall places or high end. You better be a food lover because I eat . . . a lot.

Date single man from United States. I’ve decided to rethink this whole online dating thing. While odd and exciting in one breath, it’s as unpredictable as the weather. I’ve done the well explained, this is me profile. It’s produced some interesting people. However, I’m always entertained by the short and sweet (figuratively and literally). So here goes for the ones who got through school on Cliffs Notes.
-Just moved here from MN to CA to work at my company HQ…like really recent. I’ve been with this company for 10 years so I know the area well enough to be dangerous but can’t wait to explore more.
-I don’t lack confidence but know the line between confidence and arrogance. Always know I’m not the smartest guy in the room, and have complete respect for people who were given the gift of a big brain. However, I’ll take intelligence over intellect any day.
-Like most guys, sports are part of my life. It gives me the competitive edge I need when my career can’t fulfill. Love to golf, it’s an addiction. I’ll watch just about anything (especially if we can have a beer doing it). I find time to work out regularly and anything I can do to shake up that routine, I’m in. Please don’t misinterpret that as I’m going sky diving with you. While some of you have an adrenaline issue, I don’t. I have my thrills like anyone, but dropping to the ground from 20,000 feet waiting for a handkerchief to open is for the birds.
-Eating is just awesome. I love to do it and love to experience new things (even if I’m doing the cooking). I was blessed with good genes and a dedication to a healthy lifestyle. Don’t interpret that as salads and fish. I drink beer, eat food I shouldn’t, but like most things, nothing will kill you in moderation.
-My glass is always half full (with a Merlot preferably!), even on the crappy days. You won’t understand that until you meet me and get to know me, and then it is just obvious why my glass is that way.
-Wicked sense of humor. Overly sarcastic. Will tell an inappropriate joke at the appropriate time. Always love to battle wits with people. I win way more than I lose. Bad habit of quoting movies far too often. Have a potty mouth but do my best to watch it around women and children (not in that order).
-Travel is the best way to grow and realize you are a speck on this planet. I’ve hit some places you will never see but each of those places was a better experience because of the people I was with. You’ll forget certain things about a trip but you’ll never forget who was there with you. Fact.
-I have a 13 year old Golden Retriever named Norman. Simply put, you must appreciate a dog’s endless pursuit of your unconditional love. Men and dogs are really the same. Except dogs are easier to train.

I wasnt trying to be that guy from the beer commercial, but I have never lost a sock, Sasquach does have pictures of me, mosquitos refuse to bite me purely out of respect, I have inside jokes with complete strangers, I dont ever say something tastes just like chicken..not even chicken, the police question me to just hear the interesting stories, I've cured narcolepsy by just walking into a room, I once spoke French in Russian????

More often than not I'm found in cowboy boots or flippies. I do dress up well, but it just feels good to not have an agenda, not looking to dress to impress all the time, but the occasional black tie does appear from time to time and when it does look out. Stired not shaken.......... it happens.
I had a previous life, which demanded me to be very physically fit and it has carried over into today's daily routine. I attend a dojo daily, gym daily, run, cycle or some sort of cardio. I don't expect that of anyone but I'm not kickin it with a smoker and if you like to work out then we have a common interest.
Other interest: I surf, snowboard, mountain bike, go to the dessert to ride dirt bikes, I have an interest in boats...dude I'm a pirate oaky, but I'm a horrible wake boarder but trying to get better so I can enjoy that...yeah can say the same about golf...I like to get on the links but I'm not ever going to be on the PGA.
Music is part of my soul. DMB to Zach Brown Band to classical, some JZ to get into the groove... most of everything in between. I need to be more of an accomplished musician...working on it!
