I'm a college student. If someone thinks college students are kids, I can prove her wrong. It's just school is a well-shaped compass for people who want to care about their future, and anyone could drop out when some passionate idea comes.
I go a well-known college in the country and meet smart people every day. I'm not arrogant at all. I believe every person has his/her own talent and quality. I have a job that's related to what I study during school time. I work fulltime at a small startup in Cupertino in the summer.
I want to become a teacher later in life. Education has been my favorite topic. Free and Efficient. That's what it should be. I dream about bringing technology more robustly into education in third-world countries.
I am originally from Vietnam. I have lived in China, Singapore, Germany, Norway, and now in California. I was brought along and raised in those countries because of my father's work. I have diverse background, speak fluent English and Vietnamese.
Some fun things about me:
I’m really good at acting like a nerd when I'm not required to. I'm aggressive when it comes to protect my ideas but often yield my significant partner (she's more important than winning). Also, I can go crazily performing "Teenagers" by My Chemical Romance, "I'll be there for you" and "Always" by Bon Jovi at karaoke. One private thing I have to admit is that I secretly taught myself how to make sushi and failed miserably. I got decent improvements but still far away from real chefs. I hope my next significant partner could do this together. There are several things else and hobbies that I wish to tell on the dates, so you'll find out later.
I want to travel more and more. I want someone who could be adventurous with me exploring new places, who could laugh with me, and who truly want to experience the joy of life and happiness. If you like me or you're not sure if we're good together, let's find out.

6) Trying out rock climbing? It sounds like fun.

9) Reading a good book and just talking about it.
10) Thinking about where/when trying out scuba diving, bungee jump, or sky diving.
11) Playing soccer.
12) Finding partner to beat on drinking. I'm not that good though but it sounds like fun.
13) Pairing up with someone and form a Guitar hero band.
14) Hoping to have someone to cuddle with.
15) Finding someone to watch a classic movie with.
16) Cooking something I never cook. It's gonna be fun together with someone.

Your first impression? It'll probably be something along the lines of "wow - she is really short." Ok so I need a hand with the top shelf at the grocery store every so often...but to that, I say "Great things come in small packages - 4'11" packages!"
1. I was born in NY, but grew up in San Diego so I'll always be a California girl at heart. I can't stray too far from the ocean! I love to surf, kayak, yoga, and I have been practicing the martial art of wushu for the last 10 years.
2. If I could eat steak, mashed potatoes, and mac n cheese everyday for the rest of my life without severely clogging my arteries, I would totally do it.
3. If I could have any superpower, it would definitely be teleportation so I could travel anywhere and everywhere!
4. I'm in my last semester at UC Berkeley, double majoring in Business Administration and Film Studies. I have a serious case of senioritis so anyone who can help motivate me to graduate would be fantastic.
5. I aspire to be a Producer in the animation/visual effects film industry but even if that doesn't work out, I know I'll see my name in lights someday! I currently have two jobs in San Francisco: one is at a prominent SF radio station while the other is at a PR firm that specializes in video games, tech, and consumer electronics. I go for what I want so I am driven, ambitious, maybe even a little competitive, but I always keep things interesting!
6. My friends say that I'm outgoing, fun, and thoughtful! I always aim to go the extra mile for the people I care about and exceed any expectations placed on me. So contrary to stereotypes, I'm a phenomenal driver (prob just jinxed myself), I'm not afraid to say what I think, and I don't read manga or listen to k-pop.
My weaknesses?
Kryptonite. All joking aside, I wasn't kidding about my competitive streak, but hey, I guess you know that I'll take on a challenge. Also, I am a bit of a workaholic (hence, why I'm on Match) so it's important that anyone I'm with, whether my friends or someone else, can understand my busy schedule.
What am I looking for?
Well, I guess you can read so that's an awesome start. It'd also be nice if you aren't a serial killer...unless you're like Dexter. That's acceptable. But I digress...Generally, I'm looking for somebody who is outgoing, friendly, and open-minded like me! He can carry on a great conversation about ANYTHING and make me laugh! He has a unique charm and a positive outlook on life. We can have fun together no matter what we are doing or where we are. He definitely has a romantic streak, but he will never be a pushover. (Like I said, I need a little bit of a challenge every so often!) We have to make each other better all around. He is adventurous and active, both physically and mentally, and can keep up with me and the hustle and bustle of life. It's all about being young at heart forever!
Deal-breakers
1. You spend your free time clubbing baby seals or any other adorable animals. 2. You are against gay marriage - or against any other groups of people having equal rights for that matter. 3. You are over 30 yrs old - I can't imagine we'd have much in common with a decade between us. Plus, I really don't need a sugar daddy. Of course, I might be able to make a few exceptions to #3 if you are really really really ridiculously good-looking.
I'll always be straight-forward and honest and if we end up working out, I will NEVER try to change you. If there is something major I would want to change, then we aren't right for each other anyway.
