Date someone special from Berkeley, United States. I like to meet people who are interested in going on long and arduous hikes. The kind of people who find pleasure in the outdoors and smile in their profile pictures. I have finally started a dream job in Berkeley, and the only thing that seems to be missing in my life is someone to share it with. If I have learned anything in this life so far its to cherish your friends, take Love slow, make life a challenge, don't take the easy roads, make the hard choices, and no matter what people say keep chasing the wind for you just might catch it one day.
Meet a guy from Berkeley, United States. Single. Happiness seeker. Dreamer. Enthusiast. College senior who adores inspiring quotes. Steve Jobs is who inspires me.
I'm a college student. If someone thinks college students are kids, I can prove her wrong. It's just school is a well-shaped compass for people who want to care about their future, and anyone could drop out when some passionate idea comes.
I go a well-known college in the country and meet smart people every day. I'm not arrogant at all. I believe every person has his/her own talent and quality. I have a job that's related to what I study during school time. I work fulltime at a small startup in Cupertino in the summer.
I want to become a teacher later in life. Education has been my favorite topic. Free and Efficient. That's what it should be. I dream about bringing technology more robustly into education in third-world countries.
I am originally from Vietnam. I have lived in China, Singapore, Germany, Norway, and now in California. I was brought along and raised in those countries because of my father's work. I have diverse background, speak fluent English and Vietnamese.
Some fun things about me:
I’m really good at acting like a nerd when I'm not required to. I'm aggressive when it comes to protect my ideas but often yield my significant partner (she's more important than winning). Also, I can go crazily performing "Teenagers" by My Chemical Romance, "I'll be there for you" and "Always" by Bon Jovi at karaoke. One private thing I have to admit is that I secretly taught myself how to make sushi and failed miserably. I got decent improvements but still far away from real chefs. I hope my next significant partner could do this together. There are several things else and hobbies that I wish to tell on the dates, so you'll find out later.
I want to travel more and more. I want someone who could be adventurous with me exploring new places, who could laugh with me, and who truly want to experience the joy of life and happiness. If you like me or you're not sure if we're good together, let's find out.
Also to be more specific about me, I guess having a list of activities that I'm pretty much up to now would help (from top of my head):
1) Thinking about what/where tattoo I'm gonna get. (I'm a newbie and about to get the first)
2) Rollerblading in darkness of the tennis court after midnight. Well, the moon's there for a reason. Trust me, stress will go away if you have a bad day.
3) Driving and shaking up and down the West Coast and maybe more fun places.
4) The deal on Groupon "Up to 55% Off Indoor Skydiving at iFly SF in Union City."
5) The deal on Groupon "55% Off Pedicab Wine Tour."
6) Trying out rock climbing? It sounds like fun.
7) wondering why batman didn't just kill the joker? maybe there're more behind it. 8) Going to watch The Dark Knight Rises in July.
9) Reading a good book and just talking about it.
10) Thinking about where/when trying out scuba diving, bungee jump, or sky diving.
11) Playing soccer.
12) Finding partner to beat on drinking. I'm not that good though but it sounds like fun.
13) Pairing up with someone and form a Guitar hero band.
14) Hoping to have someone to cuddle with.
15) Finding someone to watch a classic movie with.
16) Cooking something I never cook. It's gonna be fun together with someone.
17) Runing together with someone at Berkeley Marina.
18) Finding someone who could challenge me on all kinds of chess. I play chess, chinese chess, and go. If you don't play, challenge me whatever board game you know, I'll learn and challenge accepted.
19) Going up to mountains, look at San Francisco at night and shout whatever on your minds.
20) Wondering why girls nowadays have crush on James Deen.
