As one profile I read said that in our age group, he couldn't believe the games that people play just like in high school. Very immature! I agree!. If you're on here to meet people, why the games?? Date a soulmate from United States. At the age of 24, I left the snow and cold of PA and moved to the Valley of the Sun. Then, "life" happened and I found myself back in PA. After 3 decades of desperately missing Arizona, I made a decision on New Year's Eve 2011 to leave my home in PA and move back here. I landed in Sky Harbor on February 12, 2012. It hasn't been easy. But, it has definitely been interesting.
A little about me: I'm a health coach, so I try to "walk the walk" and not just "talk the talk". I workout 4 to 5 times per week and I'm conscious about what I put into my body. I'm not a fanatic nor the food police. I believe in "balance". So, every now and then a piece or two of pizza goes down easy. But, it's the exception. Not the rule.
Although my family is 2700 miles away, they are the light of my life and I miss them terribly. However, I need to be warm. Hence, I live here. I love writing, walking along the beach, and the smell of a wood fire. I enjoy an exhilarating hike, topped off with a glorious view of our gorgeous city. I can enjoy a cup of coffee at a sidewalk cafe` or a glass of merlot at the Phoenician. I'm a foodie. I would rather pay a little more for an extraordinary meal with gracious service and an aesthetic atmosphere than cash in on a coupon deal at a distraction-filled restaurant with substandard food. I'm not a snob. But, I must admit, my taste buds are a bit snobby.
My spiritual life is very important to me. I'm not one of those women who thinks her "outside" is more important than her "inside". I read my Bible every day and spend time in prayer. I am definitely looking for a man who takes his spiritual life very seriously. I am also looking for someone who takes EXCELLENT care of his body. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I need the chemistry on both a physical and spiritual level. If those two areas work for me, other parts of the relationship will fall into place. I'm just looking for a genuinely good guy to hang out with and with whom I can share in like-minded activities. I'm super easy to communicate with and I always say what I mean and mean what I say.
I really haven't been dating. But, I guess I'm looking for the magic again. I'm not even sure magic is something that you can actually look for. But, if it happens, we'll both know.
