That aside, I'm fairly down to earth... bound by having had to raise both my siblings. I spend a lot of time in school or on schoolwork. I love reading but rarely have the time for it anymore. however, I always make time for music. I play multiple instruments, but principal among them is the Tuba. I love the instrument despite the enormous toll it has taken on my slight frame. all I can say is, thank God I'm still alive after that. currently, my time fillers involve catching up on old tv shows, swimming, going for walks on campus, reading, writing, homework, play practice, and singing in the church choir.

honestly, i'm just looking for someone to spend the rest of my life with. a person i can trust and who trusts me. i'm pretty open about the type of person i'm looking for. obviously must be catholic, and the more tenants you agree with the better. i'd prefer somebody taller than me: ideal height range between 5'8" and 6'6". body size matters little. i believe that a person should be within healthy limits: not emaciated and not unable to walk for being so overweight. obviously, that leaves it quite open. i'm not particular about eye color, though my favorite is hazel. in regards to hair... i'm not a fan of dyeing: neon colors are just weird. i've never dyed my hair. and unless you're growing it to donate, it's weird for a guy to have hair longer than shoulder length. also, excessive piercings creep me out, and i've always been leery of tattoos.
appearances aside, i'm really more about personality. i'd like someone who is just as (if not more) comfortable staying home than going out: i'm an introvert for the most part. i do like going out.. just in moderation. music is a must, the more instruments you play, the better. extra kudos if you sing, play piano, guitar, or Tuba. i'm also looking for diversity in the language department. you don't have to, but points if you speak more than one language. i suppose "educated" would be good to add here too: please know how to spell and use proper grammar. if you went to or are attending a university, even better. i do have a dog, so i'd be awfully sad if you're allergic to them. and if you're vegetarian: please note that i love eating meat and will not be giving it up any time soon. i'm also a strong advocate of staying active: i enjoy biking, hiking, going for random walks, swimming, horseback riding and so on. obviously, i'd love it if you'd join me in those activities. see pof for more details (TubaGirl7). i am also an author/poet/composer. i believe that writing is the window to the soul, so if you write as well, even more bonus points. and most important of all: if you're either controlling or clingy, i promise you right now that it won't work. i flat out refuse to be controlled and in turn, i will never try to control you. go out with your friends, live your own life: being in a relationship should never cause you to alienate your friends. and in case you missed it, read the first paragraph of the "about me" one more time.
