Well, there have been many who could write so well, but then in person does the behavior match? LOL~!
A sense of humor is vitally important and laughter is what keeps my heart light. Working hard, but playing harder has been a motto of mine, along with the 'golden rule' and several others that keep me balanced. I enjoy stimulating conversation about everything and nothing so long as it is intelligent. Being well educated has helped me to find deeper and greater perspectives from which to consider what position I'll hold in life rather than being a shadow or follower. Friends are just as much family to me as my family because we choose to keep them in our lives... One day It would be great to have a best friend who is also my significant other... someone I admire, respect and consider as having an exemplary character. A guy who knows family comes first and treating your significant other like you want to be treated will keep you both happy and satisfied ; ).
Who is he... I haven't met him yet, but he is honest, able to express himself and has high ethical standards and morals. Having *everything* in common is not required, or realistic. I'm an unconvential Christian, but Christian nonetheless. It was God, my bible, and me for almost 3 decades. I have a church family now, but still have an independent understanding of faith that differs from what traditional Christians are commonly known to believe. (ex: I care more about lying than I do if someone's homosexual.) I believe in honesty more than I believe in polite, although both are important. I love my family and would support my partner in their family love and obligations the best I could. 'Physical attractiveness' can change in a heartbeat due to a car accident, health problems, an amputation, etc. I'm more into *who you are* in your heart, and whether we have enough common interests.
