Date someone special from Rohnert Park, United States. I'm a heart-centered person, romantic but also down to earth. Art is a major interest for me. I used to do studio art and once had a photo darkroom at home, but fifteen years ago I switched to computer art. I also have some science background and have worked quite a bit in that field, but the arts are more satisfying to me. I do volunteer photography and videography for a non profit with conscious and spiritual (not religious) values, and recently I put up my first photography exhibit in this area.
I love the redwoods, ocean, and watching good movies while cuddling with my partner. I'm also fond of art galleries, museums, browsing in bookstores, and playing Scrabble once in awhile. Recently, I enjoyed my first live performance of Beethoven's 9th symphony, and I would love to share such things with someone special. I come from a family with lots of musicians, and live music is a real delight for me, from classical to blues and bluegrass.
I would like to meet someone who is empathic and openly communicative, enjoys sharing and closeness, and also values each of us having our own projects to work on. I'm open to friendships, too. I would love to know other seniors who are involved in the arts - or to have a walking buddy for leisurely outdoor walks in nature.
