Meet someone special from California, United States. I love being retired! I enjoyed my teaching career (Kindergarten/primary grades and then in the teacher education program at CSUS), raised two fantastic daughters, and have great friends. Now that I'm on my own time there are so many new things to see, do, and learn. . I enjoy the theater and most movies (but not long chase scenes), concerts and farmer's markets, games, puzzles and crafts, museums and art galleries, boutiques and thrift stores. I belong to two book groups and can get lost at the library or in book stores. For exercise I like to walk, do yoga, zumba and water aerobics, I'm at the gym several times a week. My daughters live in Hawaii and San Luis Obispo ... fantastic places to visit! There is not enough space to tell you how much fun I have with my two granddaughters.
Oops, can't forget travel. It is exciting to explore what's around the next corner whether near home or another continent. I prefer back roads to freeways.
