I couldn't wait to leave home after high school, so I went to college in L.A., then moved to Boston, San Francisco and traveled the world. I pursued a career in art, sometimes carrying million dollar paintings tucked in a Bloomingdales shopping bag, on flights from New York to L.A. I was a huge fan of Stevie Ray Vaughn (RIP) and INXS (RIP MIchael Hutchence) and followed both bands wherever they were in concert. Those were great times, but not exactly the most condusive to marriage and family. :)
Now I have a much more stable career in finance, and a pretty simple and wonderful life. I'm hoping to find a guy who "gets" me and wants to share the next chapters - hopefully all the way to the final curtain call. Accepting people for exactly who they are greatly reduces the drama in oneРІР‚в„ўs life. I am not attached to a lot of preconceived ideas about how the world should be; my life is rich because I embrace the unique qualities in people.
Here is what I care about: God, family, yoga, children, all animals, helping people, working hard at my profession, continued education, the beach, the mountains, art, music, the earth, friends, breaking a sweat, creating. Oh, and I love men.
I spent my childhood and early years in Laguna Beach, so even though I live inland, I'm always at Woods Cove or somewhere near the water. If we're a match, I'm happy to travel anywhere for you. :)

Meet a soulmate from Redlands, United States. I enjoy getting up and walking in the morning before the sun rises to start the day with a little music and my thoughts. It feels good to be up and about early, although sleeping in on Saturday mornings has it's perks too. I work hard at my job that I have enjoyed for a long time. I've worked my way up through the same company, working in several different areas and states through the years.
My 17-year-old son seems to be getting more and more busy with his own life so now I have more time on my hands than what I am accustomed to. He and I have been quite the team for a long time, but things change quickly. It's an interesting transition, to be sure.
Some favorite things: Bike rides at the beach, a hike up in Forest Glen, indoor go-karts, charades with my closest friends, Monopoly with a glass of wine, kayaking in the coves of Newport Bay, playing cards with my family when I get the chance, and dancing to classic rock and roll. Basketball is my current favorite spectator sport. I love going to Laker games. So much fun.
I am defenseless to strong arms and and even stronger personality. I enjoy bantering with someone that "gets" silly sarcasm and playful goofing off. I need someone that is not afraid of a gal who is comfortable in her own skin and goes with the flow. No drama. Love adventure.
