My life is really pretty simple at this point. I've been a firefighter for over 25 years on the peninsula, live in the East Bay. 3 kids, young adults, they've been a big part of my life, hopefully always will be. It would be fun to get back into a relationship with a woman again. I don't necessarily think I need to, but a GOOD relationship might make life even better. A connection on some levels would be a must.
I'm a casual guy, very laid back, easy going. My job is usually fun, occassionaly stressful. I NEED to go to the gym, exercise every morning. It's a big benefit to me. I love food, I love to travel, LOVE tropical, of course Hawaii, and have been to Italy to see family. Into boating and skiing, and anything involving the SUN! A 49er fan since birth.
The most important thing to me about a woman is her ATTITUDE:)!!!. Attitude is everything. I'm pretty simple, so I don't do drama. No matter what life throws at us we need to march ahead in a positive way. Humor is way important. It's a toss up between Seinfeld and Cheers as the all-time greatest comedies. Hopefully we can laugh at lots of things, and even each other. Honesty is also pretty high on my list. I'm attracted to people that are healthy and take care of themselves, and probably energetic (although personally don't want to climb Mt Everest ha), but can also relax and lay by the pool all day.
Probably the best first date, is one that ends with us wanting to see each other again. Oh, btw....i LOVE an athletic gal that looks good in jeans...kinda a prerequisite....:) Oh, can't forget....absolutely in love with Jennifer Connely's eyebrows haha!!!

Learn something new every chance you can and get to know me and what makes me tick. Indifference is a relationship killer.
I have my own business so I can control my own life. Operating a training center for law enforcement and military personnel is my baby and I get a great amount of satisfaction knowing that what they learn here may someday save their lives.
Staying healthy is very important to me. Good food combined with the right amount of exercise is what gives me the energy of a much younger man. And I love food, just have to know when to say enough. Let?s try it all though.
