To start, I've been extremely skeptical about enrolling into the whole "match" world. Since I just recently turned 30, I figured, what the heck! I've got nothing to lose, right? For one, I'm a yogaholic. You may ask, what the heck is that? Well, to be frank I'm a yoga addict. I love it and the benefits one reaps from taking just one hour long class.
Secondly, I'm truly passionate about all things medicine. It has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl and though it's not a necessity that the person I'm with be in medicine, they should probably have a strong stomach. I am the type of gal that LOVES to rant about the cool diagnosis I saw or about the crazy anatomical things I learned. Considering, I plan on working in emergency medicine and/or GI the story possibilities are endless!
Finally, my dog Duke is pretty amazing. He's a border collie, chow mix and I really do love spending quality time with him. We love going for walks/hikes and just being outside. As cliche as this will sound, the phrase "must love dogs" is kinda a requirement in my book, especially the bigger breeds. :)
When it comes to meeting my ideal match, I guess personality resonates above all other things. If you have a great sense of humor, don't mind being goofy or being around someone who is a bit goofy at times, and can laugh at yourself, things are good in my book. Having an education of some sort beyond high school is also pretty important, too. Beyond that, I'm game for anything. I love meeting new people and trying new things and don't want to be restricted by limitations I put out there. Maybe we can try something new together :)

. Hmmm...my friends would describe me as outgoing, funny, spontaneous, likeable and kind. I'm originally from Iowa and lived in AZ for a few years before moving back to the midwest briefly (St Louis) and finally back to Phoenix. The accomplishment I am most proud of is moving across the country by myself without knowing anyone and successfully meeting new people and creating a life for myself. I am grateful for supportive friends and family (obvious answer but incredibly true). A person I am hoping to attract would be someone who takes my weaknesses and makes me a better person. I really need someone who is funny and we can laugh together about silly things. Like how guys wear Ed Hardy shirts and think they're super attractive and then we can snicker to ourselves and grab some ice cream while we do some more people watching. I don't know...the world could be our oyster. I'm a dude chick and love sports. However, this doesn't mean I dress like Chaz Bono. Scarves are my accessory of choice and my shopping vice. I enjoy abstract art and love interior decorating but don't pretend to know much about either. As far as a relationship, I am single after a 3 year relationship. I am looking for someone who wants to enjoy a life together with me, but am looking for friendship first and we'll see what develops from there. I've dated older guys and guys with kids and I really am not looking for that at this point in my life. I'm working on getting back into really being active.
