I've raised a gorgeous 19 y/o daughter, who's off to fashion college and I couldn't be prouder. A few of my interests include traveling, sports, golf, Angel games and watching NFL(Packers)games. If you've read my profile this far and still interested, let me explain I just turned 59 years old. The reason I displayed my age search to be younger, is I would like a woman to accept me for whom I am and not my age. I actually learned this stunt by reading women's profile's. LOL.
YOU: I look for a woman who likes to smile, as a smile say's a lot about a person. I hope to find a woman who is down to earth and for real. One who will accept me for my flaws, as I would accept her's. If you go with the flow and like to "KIS" (keep it simple), it's a major plus. You get to put a few photos and tell a little about yourself but there's no way to show the part of you that really counts. Can't wait till the event Match.com is putting on next week here in San Diego I'm just hoping that some of you beautiful women will show up and it won't be all men. 7/24/12 Well I went to the event last night not really much to talk about there were some great women there met a few. But not really anything like they show on TV.
I am very active I just got back from a week (5-12/5-13/20112) in Mexico golfing and quad riding on the beach at my best friends house, we hang out down there quite a lot.Check out the pics Kimo took of me and my crazy dog.
Wow what a great memorial weekend just got home we played golf and went on a mountain hike. We hired a private guide to take us back up into the mountains in Mexico to find these really cool water falls and clear water pools. Let me tell you the hike kicked our butt but it was cool.
Well that's it for Mexico time to stay in San Diego and do some sailing and golfing planning on a couple of trips up to the mountains to do some mountain biking. But where would you rather be in the summer than right here at home. Plenty to do and don't have to leave town.
July 4th was awesome went down and hung out on Kimo's sail boat in the Oceanside Harbor the sun never made it out but we had a great time anyway. They even had their version of a boat parade (ck out the pics). Height of the day was my friends 21 year old son went out in a Kayak fully dressed with cell (dad told him maybe to change) and wallet and fell out and came back looking like a drowned rat. It was all good though didn't drink much had to drive home and work next day at 5:30.
I also realized how really blessed my life is now I have an amazing family including my son his wife and my two grandchildren that you see in my pictures. The close friends I have in my life have been my friends almost all of my life. My best male friend we have know each other since High School and try and play golf at least twice a month. He just told me the other day there are just not that many good guys left so you won't have a hard time finding someone.
I do apology for the winks but I'm just trying to get something started, a wink, a email, a phone call, coffee, A SPARK AND WHO KNOWS :)
Still there is just one thing missing a loving caring women to share this with and to share my life with. I take pride in taking care of the person I'm with I hug good bye in the morning and hug hello when I get home from work.I love to buy flowers and I never forget a holiday and you can ask my son I love to buy cards. I like to spend time with the family but I also love the time when we get to slip away somewhere and its just the two of us. In the mountains, SF, Hawaii or somewhere down in Mexico.

I have to say I am getting tired of California, the business climate, and even the daily grind that can only be described as "the same old thing".
I want to build a nice little place, in the middle of a gigantic space. Way out in the woods, by a great expanse of nature, maybe a small mountain, or a peaceful valley of my own. Neighbors that are far and few, wild critters that howl, a flowing stream, and stars that are so big and bright you would be in awe everytime you looked up at the big night sky.
Imagine kind of a modern off the grid "Green Acres". I am talking about simplicity of the pioneer spirit. Chickens, and goats, and rabbits. A nice plot of rich earth growing full of the best veggies. Canning and a fruit celler. The wood stove glowing in winter, and maybe throw in a couple of lazy dogs too. And, we can reap the reward of self sufficiency. The work that will bind us together tightly, as we build something great together. Think about it. Think about two is better than one, a real partnership of Spirit. I hope there is a nice woman of grit, and posessing a good heart reading these words.
Now, I know that I have to be a realist as well. Personnally, I would be hard pressed to be too far away from a Home Depot, or a Wal-mart. I also like to go to the movies once in a while. Maybe you want to be close to a few things too. I also have to figure out the logistics of getting another business established to help pay for the materials that we might need to build such a great place. And, I'm sure that the right woman is going to have all the other things on her mind that I have'nt even thought of yet. Thats why I am hunting for you now.
