Meet a man from California, United States. I would make a terrible fugitive because within minutes of being profiled on America's Most Wanted, dozens of people would be calling in with tips. I was once sipping coffee at some hole-in-the-wall in Ventura County when somebody came up to me and asked if I had been crossing a certain street in Pasadena the previous day. I was! Complete strangers often come up to me to comment on my hat, shirt, and sometimes my wristwatch. I don't know what this says about me but it's true.
Summertime is my favorite season, not just because I'm a warm weather guy, but because of all the outdoor concerts that go on all summer in my community. One can count on two to three concerts a week all summer long. T.O. is a great town to live in if you love music.
Every spring I plant a vegetable garden and usually end up with enough overflow to feed the neighbors. I gave up on tomatoes years ago because I hate those nasty green bugs that they seem to attract, and I can get good ones at the farmer's market anyway. I have had good luck with cucumbers, peppers, onions, carrots, and various melons which I grow from seed.
I don't have any children of my own, but I am close to my niece whose lavish lifestyle is partially subsidized by her "rich" uncle! It will be nice when she's out of school and can support herself on her own.
I'm reasonably accomplished in the kitchen. I can make Szechuan Hot and Sour soup from scratch and my ostrich chili is famous. I'd love to find someone to swap secret ingredients with . . .
I don't have a laundry list of requirements for who I'm looking for but sincerity is high on my list. I have the nickname of Bobzilla, because if I care for you, it's the biggest kind of care. If my father had lived as long as my mother, they would have celebrated their 57th Anniversary. I understand commitment and passion in every form it takes in a relationship. Every so often, I come in and change up this part of my profile. I'm doing this again, simply because this roller coaster of a life I have, requires that I do so. No matter what, I will always keep looking and moving forward. I will keep smiling, and even laughing about so many things that ought to make me scream. I'm doing everything I can to recover physically, and financially. What I'm NOT sure about, is whether I should even keep my profile up. If I met someone right now, about all I could do, is talk [but getting around soooo much better, so may actually get out and say hi!]. What I'm looking for, is something that just 'is'. No judgments, no heavy expectations, no sweating the small stuff. For example: someone who understands that even an occasional drink of alcohol, IS the same thing as recreational drug use (alcohol is a drug). It cracks me up to see someone say it's all right to drink, but not use drugs. Don't get me wrong. EITHER in excess, or the worst kind, is still WRONG!!!

Well here we are, it probably means you’ve made it past the photos and you’re at least a little curious. It’s difficult to try and sell one’s self so here’s my humble attempt. I was raised with traditional values and as such I’m a gentleman. I'm an honorable guy and follow through with what I say I'm going to do. I have a witty sense of humor and enjoy keeping others around me smiling. I enjoy quiet times around the house but like to play as much as I can. Someone that likes camping, fishing, hiking, swimming, surfing, kayaking, skiing and pretty much anything you can do in the water or on the slopes will be a good match. I enjoy all types of music with the exception of punk rock or rap - which I don't consider music. I prefer artists over computer generated music. Thanks for viewing my profile. The reason most of us are on this site is to meet someone to share our life with, the experiences we've known so far, and the new, exciting experiences for the future. Looking for "true" love with a woman rather than "romantic" love that never lasts. Certainly, chemistry is key during the initial stages. However, it's "true" love when each of us in the relationship brings out the best in the other in a more spiritual, higher way. Make sense?
