I often wear many hats while working at a non-profit arts organization. Some days I am a designer, others I am a community liaison or even a stage manager for the many concerts that we have in our space. My friends would describe me as sweet, genuine, and creative. So sweet, that in fact, I started my own baking business to satisfy the cravings of friends and family. I think that after reading a few of the other profiles on this site, there is a general sense that there are people out there that seem like perfectly reasonable, non sociopathic people that have somehow and other remain single. I think my problem is that I am picky, not evil and nit picky picky, but now that I have matured and have gained some insight in what I want and what I don't want in a mate, I am more selective.
About me: I am articulate, intelligent, educated, able to carry a conversation about almost anything (there are exceptions of course). Enjoy good food (who doesn't), I can cook when I feel like it and actually enjoy cooking, it's kind of therapeutic. Am able to sew buttons that fall off and hem trousers as needed (however cannot darn socks). I am traditional by nature, brought up very strictly by my parents, I have very strong values and morals. When I go shopping I push the carts back to the designated area, I dislike people that just leave them randomly in the parking lot.
