-When I travel abroad I will always brave the street food carts…even if it means almost getting in a fight with a goat at a coconut stall in India.

So far, I’ve only been able to achieve half of it, working an amazing dream job as an engineer at a small rocket company (which recently made the news!), but I’m still secretly dreaming of moonlighting as a chef!
I make a mean risotto, own my own blowtorch dedicated to Cr?me br?l?es, and am also a self-proclaimed Clam Chowder Connoisseur, having traveled far and wide for that elusive perfect bowl of Chowder.
Outside of the chef jacket, I’m a mid-westerner who is light-hearted, funny, and middle-going with a hint of overachiever-ism. I’m the type to open doors for people, but reserve the right to laugh WITH you if you run into anything stationary (like a street-sign). Work keeps me busy occasionally, but on the off-times I have the freedom to go on random adventures, like getting a PADI diving certification, learning to swing dance, and trying hang gliding is next on my list!
The best way to describe what I’m looking for without sounding clich? (i.e. partner in crime, better half, etc..) is when you can’t figure out what was so special about a night, but still had the night of your life. I'm fortunate to have a good, stable, job that allows me to live a comfortable life. I am a technician at a large luxury car dealership, and have been there for four years. Now, I know what most people think when they envision mechanics, but I assure you that I am an exception to the rule. During the week, I tend to stay late and work hard, but I enjoy my weekends to the fullest.
In my free time I love to camp, hike down to hot springs, lay in the pool in Palm Springs, walk my dog down to the beach, meander around Disneyland, or just relax and unwind. I'm always making people laugh, it's one of my greatest joys!
I do eventually want to have kids, but I have a lot of living to do first. I love to travel! I've been to 34 states, and 11 foreign countries. I eventually want to visit the remaining 16 states, and as many countries and continents as possible. There is so much to do in this world that I can't imagine staying in one place.
I consider myself to be a freethinker. I don't subscribe to any religion. When it comes to the origins of the universe, the best answer I have to give is, "We don't know."
