I think I am starting to sound a little narcissistic with the number of times I used I to describe myself. (I guess that is the nature of the Match.com beast). Please don't think that, I do take into consideration the feelings, wants and needs of others, especially in a relationship.

Several things I find attractive in a woman are: Self respect, smart, loves to laugh, has good morals/values, is analytical, and does not stress over the small stuff in life. Age is not as important as how well we connect but age can be relevant in some situations.
A few more things. My tentative plan is to leave California in 5-6 months. I am planning to work on one of the Native American reservations I visited. Not exactly sure which state yet?
