Meet a guy from United States. Lets see here... I'm a pretty laid back guy who has a love for art, music, sports and gaming. I have a pretty strange and often sarcastic sense of humor, but all of the jokes are always in good fun. My family and friends made me the person I am today, and I wouldn't trade them for anything.
I am looking for a match that has similar interests, and is willing to be open and honest in a relationship. My perfect match would be someone that loves to laugh, have fun, and is comfortable being dorky around other people.
I am a bit skeptical about finding my match on a website, but it's worth a shot right?
Date a soulmate from Rancho Bernardo, United States. Update: Next Napa Trip is set for the weekend of September 7th...will you be there? I need to burn up some airmiles before they expire!
I don’t have enormous expectations here, if I meet a “match” of a lifetime, great! A partner in crime? Fantastic! Or just a new friend? I’m good with that also. Why am I here..simply put, I enjoy living in Familyville (got burnt out of the downtown scene), mostly because I’m the hottest game in town for the ladies 60 and older, but I work from home when I'm not traveling, live alone, and have a private gym, so the options of meeting someone new are fairly limited, and I have the fullest spice rack of any dude, so spending time in the spice aisle is a bit redundant ! As far as my free time, I dedicate some time to coaching high school football (Yes, that means I passed a criminal, and a very stringent FBI and Homeland Security background check, and I don’t have tuberculosis), as well as supporting a couple of local charities. I enjoy trips to Napa, Laguna, and day trips to Temecula, but really want to see Cape Town. I enjoy cooking, live music, sailing, and spontaneous weekend getaways including extended ones to London, or Florence. I hit the gym 3-6 times a week, depending on the week, and not that I enjoy it too much, but its more of a necessary evil with my wine and food intake, I'm a movie buff, and lover of art...But, here’s a little secret about camping that most people don’t know, but out of the kindness of my heart, I’ll share….You don’t have to do it!
As far as sports, I love the Chargers but avoid Qualcomm Stadium (too old, smelly, difficult to get to, I could go on), but would rather see the Chargers on a road game, watched them play in London a few years ago, and Dallas two years ago at the new stadium. And once or twice a year if I'm traveling on a Sunday, love going to a "Charger Bar" in a foreign city, Chicago was a blast! When it comes to golf, love to play, but really not happy with my game lately. I'm totally a Phil fan and think Tiger is an absolute tool..
Regarding kids…I love kids! Don’t have any of my own, don’t know if I ever will. I hope to, maybe, if the cards of my life play that way. But I won’t be disappointed if I don’t. I am not the type of person that views kids as some sort of object like a brand new Tesla Roadster. With pets, what I have found is that dogs tend to put more of a limit on one’s ability to travel with some level of spontaneity, whereas with kids (especially if there is a shared custody), are much more flexible.…Don’t get me wrong I’m not comparing kids to dogs, just in the category of flexibility of spontaneous travel. Make sense?
Politics and Religion. You are born a Dem and become a Rep when you earn a living, and born a Catholic, then change your mind at some point....As far as my faith, I’m mainstream Christian, and no offense to my Catholic friends out there. Please don’t confuse me for someone who is religious, I’m the furthest from it, and frankly pretty much turned off by religion. It was once described by Marx as the opiate of the masses, I think he was spot on.
I am a man of my word, and my reputation is very important to me. There’s an old proverb that says “Your name is more precious than gold”, I take that to heart. I follow through on my commitments, I’m punctual and respectful of other’s time and emotions, I hope it isn’t too much to expect the same of my partner. I recently scheduled a lunch with someone that called me five minutes after we were suppose to meet and said they were going to be 20 minutes late, needless to say, that isn’t’ something I would ever do, and happily cancelled that intro. I get that things happen and emergencies come up, this wasn’t one of those times…I really took offense to it and it takes a lot to offend me.
Finally, if I decide to send you a note or a wink, and you don’t respond, which I realize that you’re under no obligation to do so, I’m won't be offended.
Meet a man from United States. I arrived in San Diego only last Spring and am looking to discover, there's a lot to see.
I arrived from Barcelona, having spent 16 years on and off working and playing there. Before that I lived in England, Scotland and Italy. I have travelled around Europe and Australia and am adding The USA to my repertoire. I am looking for companionship on this adventure; it's great and could be better with a play mate.
I moved here to work as an electronics engineer; someone is paying me to do my hobby. Don't be put off, I'm not a specky geek, I am humorous and street wise and love a challenge. I’ve not a lot of experience with kids whereas a big dog makes me smile.
I'm not very tall, but what I lack in altitude I'll make up for in fun. I'm a 48 year old in a forty year old's body. You'll have to see it to believe it. .
My favourites are Italian and Indian food, sometimes cooking, but have been out of the habit for a little while. I have been a vegetarian for many years but don't take it too seriously, though not keen on Sushi, am I the only one?
I’m fit and healthy and like to stay that way, though not in a gym, prefering the outdoors. A good walk, a cycle ride. I used to play squash but haven't found anywhere to play in San Diego, maybe I should try tennis or racquet ball. I do like watching films and listen to mainly pre-90s music. I tinker with computers but hate car maintenance... life's too short for that. I've been paragliding around the globe for many years and want to continue to do so; you get to see a totally different aspect of places.
I would like to meet a kindred spirit. Someone healthy and active, someone to relax with and to spend quality time with. Outdoors or indoors, the beach or the hills, there's so much to do.
So if you like getting out and about and want to swap some stories then let's meet-up and chat. Hopefully we can find some fun along the way and hopefully some good chemistry.
oh, and please don't send me a wink. If you are interested, then take the time out to write something, even if it''s short.
Date a soulmate from United States. Well I guess I could say I am starting over. I love my kids, but they are almost grown up and I am able to start giving my own happiness priority. I think that life is short and I want to enjoy as much as possible. I love adventures, new experiences and meeting new people. People who know me would probably call me a thrill seeker. I can be shy at first but underneath I am a very outgoing person. I am someone people can count on. In many ways I am non-conformist and rebelious, but I value honesty, loyalty, and integrity the most. I certainly have my faults, but I think the golden rule covers it all and that is how I am trying to live.
Meet single man from Rancho Bernardo, United States. A very active individual. I enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, river rafting, etc. I am also at ease out for a night at the theater and dinner at one of San Diegos finer dining establishments, or simply being at home.
We are never totally defined by the words we have chosen to describe ourselves in a profile, an e-mail, or by the photos we include. To base a match solely on a few words or precious few photos and not take the time to find out who someone truly is can only be described as an exercise in futility...
I am hopeful of meeting someone to share active life experiences, someone with some common interests, someone willing to explore interests of mine that they may not have, and someone with interests of their own that I can explore...
I believe that there are relationships that are old and familiar; some that open you up to something new and exciting; many will raise lots of questions and take you somewhere unexpected; others lead you far from where you started, and still others bring you back… but the most exciting, challenging, significant, and fulfilling relationship of all, is the one you have with yourself… So, if you can find someone to love the you that you love… well, that's the ultimate....
NO LONGER A MEMBER.... I CANNOT ANSWER YOUR EMAILS OR SEE YOUR WINKS/FAVORITES
Date a man from United States. I am an extrovert who needs solitude to "re-charge". My friends know I'll always be there for them; my friendships are forever.
I love children and I can't ever be unhappy when I'm around them which is why I love being teacher. It's the best thing I've done with my life.
I want a partner who is in to intellectual pursuits. Although I occasionally go to football or baseball games with friends, I'm not really a sports person. A day spent in a museum is my idea of a good time, and good conversation is always at the top of the list. I don't require much in the way of entertainment, and as far as I'm concerned, drama belongs on TV - not in my life. My ideal is to have just one special person whom I can take an interest in - I want to know all about you. I want to be able to share my life with you and be fortunate and welcome enough to share yours.

I enjoy a drive amoung hillsides covered with light brown grasses. After work I like to relax while looking at the golf course out the sliding glass door. I like the glow of a sunset when the horizon is orange, the sky is a deep blue with the first star out, and the in-between is a pale sea green.
I have just finished reading the book, Bluebeard, by Kurt Vonnegut and it has left my mood laying on a soft bed amoug soft fluffy pillows won't you join me?
