Date a soulmate from United States. Well, to start things off, I just moved up here to the Bay Area from Southern California to attend grad school in psychology at San Francisco State University. Now that I'm settled, I've begun the process of learning about all that is "San Francisco," both in its culture and in its locales. Amongst this, I would like to begin dating and eventually start a serious relationship with a young woman similar to myself. While the majority of my time is spent with academics, I am also forcing myself to get out to a bar or do something "San Francisco" AT LEAST once a week.
Something you should know about me is that I'm a huge film buff, I actually have a degree in screenwriting along with psychology, thus if you appreciate intelligent films, particularly dark comedies, satires, and subtle humor, we should get along just fine. I'm very interested in philosophy, evolution, anthropology, history, and political science, so if your own education is in any of these fields, I'd love to discuss them over a black coffee, jasmine tea, or maybe a whiskey sour.
On a personal note, I'm at that particular point in my life where I have truly begun the whole existential "staring into the abyss" journey into understanding exactly "who I am,” and what I want out of my life. So, if you’re paralleling me in your own searching of all of this, it would be wonderful to have someone intimate with whom to explore it all with; perhaps we can help each other out in some way or another?
Hobby-wise, I'm a huge 49ers fan, love UFC and soccer, and an avid ps3 gamer. I do a little bit of Pilates too, but nothing too crazy though. Anyway, what else is there to say…?
Meet a guy from United States. Im single and motivated and the two are vital to having a sense of direction in life.
Im more than just a nice guy. Im understanding and that makes me unique. I strive to make the people around me laugh because it's the best remedy for anything.
I know what I want in my life. I hope you are intrigued in some kind of way.
Date someone special from United States. Looking for someone in the Bay Area for a fun, no hassle relationship. The more education the better, and someone that likes hiking is preferable. Finally, I do not like shopping malls, so dates away from there are preferable.
Meet single boy from United States. I have to start out by saying that at this point in my life I just want to relax and have fun. I currently work full time at BevMo! as a food/wine consultant and I have a passion for good food and drink, but not what I would consider expensive taste. I'm not a wine snob and I would hate to be considered one by my friends and co-workers. lol. =P I'm currently not in school but continue to have a strong interest in math and science. I often engage myself in the independent study of subjects such as Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics. I have a very dry, but vibrant sense of humor, an affinity for watching B-list horror movies in my spare time and going out hiking and taking long walks in Pacifica and Half Moon Bay. The beach is also great! . . .I could never endure the agony of having to live in a land-locked state lol. Honestly, as a bay area native I dont think there is any other part of the country where I would want to live besides here. It seems like no matter where I travel to (even if its some place nice) I'm always happy to return to the SF bay area!
Ideally I would like to find a girl who wants to and is ready to start a serious relationship with a guy, but at the same time I want to take things slow and just start out as friends. It takes awhile to get to know somebody and find out if they’re the right person for you, so right now I just want to make some connections with new people and have some fun and hopefully, in the process of doing that, I’ll meet someone special.
