Most of my career was spent as a Professor in higher education. I ventured out of education to work with an Indian tribe and have served as a consultant in Indonesia. My recent retirement was from Federal service with the USCG. My most rewarding jobs were at the University of Colorado, IKIP in Jakarta, and coaching Indonesian National basketball teams.
As I drift through the fall season of my life I find myself more laid back, balanced and concerned about things that really matter. I accept responsiblilty for taking good care of myself. After living in two third world countries I realize how thankful I should be to be an American.
