Pretty happy guy living at/near the beach. Enjoy meeting new people especially around a dinner table or dinner/dance setting. My habits are to take my Golden Retriever for a long walk to the Pacific Coast Highway passing along streets often filled with fresh flowers and blossoms of various sorts.
Not much interest in freeways since giving up my sales career using some plastics engineering skills and experience visiting California companies and traveling to Colorado, Utah and the Pacific Northwest. I try to avoid the security lines at airports and settle down for a Rick Steve's video of Tuscany, Rome, Venice or Bavaria where I have traveled in years past both on personal and business trips.
Dancing is a favorite thing to do and I have enthusiasm about that favoring faster dances including swing and polka along with an occasional waltz. I am proud that I can walk and chew gum at the same time or rather keep a lively conversation going and manage to avoid stepping on my partner's toes.
Not a couch potato but enjoy relaxing to watch a Laker game or interesting British mystery or comedy. Movies have turned ugly showing a lot of stuff I would rather not think about on the screen. I boycott the cost of popcorn in the theater preferring to microwave pop a bag of low fat corn for fewer calories.
My addictions are many but mostly harmless ones that include concerts, Italian dinners or seafood splashes somewhere with friends including light and upbeat conversation to bring smiles to others and hear what's going on in their lives.
A quiet night at home after dancing a couple of hours on Friday stopping for a nice dinner on the way home pleases me.
