I love my work as a clinical social worker so continue to work part time, but enjoy having time to follow other passions when I am free. ie., I paint, like to learn/speak the romance languages, and to travel to places where they come in handy, as well as see foreign films, and eat in restaurants from around the world. I did travel extensively in my former career as a (yes) PAA flight attendant.
It is important to keep fit, and takes more effort
at this time point in life, so I like to cook and eat healthy meals, and find time for Yoga, Pilates, Zumba &/or hikes. I get some extra exercise from keeping up home and garden.
I would love to add a special someone to my circle of friends. It would be nice if he too had interests if his own. Perhaps some we already share and others we might introduce to one another or enjoy doing separately while the other pursued their passions. Hopefully we would have similar values in terms of caring about our planet and fellow humans and their wellbeing. It would also be good to share interests in keeping healthy. I find healthy men most attractive.
I like to get to know a person as a friend rather than jumping into a quick romantic involvement that can then be a disappointment. There are so many things that make a relationship work and I think one of the best parts is in getting acquainted and letting things develop naturally if there is a spark of interest.
