Date single man from United States. I have always been fascinated by the culinary world and have developed a true passion for food. I love learning about different ingredients from all over the world. Recently I finally have my Singapore style chili crab recipe down. Soo good. I believe that life is too short, to restrict yourselves from adventuring out and trying new things. I also believe that you should try everything at least once, what can it hurt? If you don't like it then you don't like it, but you won't know unless you try right?
Working in the hotel industry definitely keeps me busy and especially working In downtown LA, there is always something going on. Although I am very fortunate to be working for a luxury hotel. Even though the hours are crazy at times.
In my spare time I really enjoy cooking for my friends and family. I believe that there may not be a better way to enjoy each other's company than having them over, and providing a great meal with some great wine. I also love going out to eat at restaurants/tapa bars. Especially Japanese Izakaya places. Japanese bar food with sake and beer....what could be better?lol I also spend time exercising to help relieve stress, and shed all the food and drinks. As well as just being a home body sometime catching up on some good t.v. series. I just got into Breaking Bad recently. How did I not watch this before? Such a great show.
