Date someone special from Arizona, United States. First of all, I have several cats (more on that elaewhere), so if you don't like cats, a relationship that goes anywhere will be difficult, so I may not be the one for you.
Also, not to offend but I don't handle intimacy with a smoker , so it would be a waste of yours and my time to contact me if you currently are a smoker.
I tend to be modest so describing me is a task, but here goes:
I love, and would like to share, a Sunset (or Sunrise), we have the best of any state! My near death experience has made me more appreciative of my living moments, I hope for this in a mate (the appreciation, not the death). My glass is at least half full, but no "rose coloured glasses".
No games please, and know yourself well enough to see how past experiences may have affected who you are today, for the good and not so (just like us all). Taking responsibility for actions rather than blaming others is important.
I am working on Self Awareness, I want a relationship of equals, giving and receiving. you'll the teacher sometime and me the teacher sometime! Equality in support and giving, but also we both must know how to receive! Where is a giver without a receiver?
Loss has taught me that I have only THIS MOMENT for sure, so I don't want to leave anything unsaid (or said), un-done (or done) that I will regret later. This is all an Ideal, but I hope our life would be a the journey together toward understanding and wisdom.
I hope to live with little expectation of who you should be. I would appreciate it if you would just be who you are and honest about it, maybe that is a Match! Communication is critical! I don't read minds, so if you don't talk to me, I won't know what you want or expect, so you may be disapointed! Openness and honesty hurt less in the long haul.
I work actively on myself to achieve a healthy balance between my intellect and emotion. I don't have much "old baggage" I am carrying with me, but keep looking. I can laugh at myself and many of life's jokes! How is your sense of Humor, where did you leave your bags?
I'm compassionate and a good listener, tend to be quiet and an observer, (avid people watcher) until asked. I speak my mind when necessary and am good at negotiation. I have (hopefully educated) opinions on many things, and always open to learning more about everything, so speak with me!
I love animals, cats and dogs particularly. With the help of AZCats, I have saved the lives of many cats, including mine. I also love dogs, even though they seem less independent.
I am Spiritual, would meditate more consistently sharing with a special woman. I'm seeking a balance between Mind-Body-and Spiritual self, a life-long process for me that I'd like to share with someone special. Does this speak to you?
I can appreciate your sensuality, can you can appreciate my being a "gentleman" rather than a macho "man"?
I most like someone who cares for themself enough to attempt to stay healthy, is open to continually learning about themselves, and inspired by the wonder of life, (a sunset, a child, beautiful music). How can we be bored?
Are you into Communication, and willing to ask for clarification rather than react when the meaning is unclear? Can you be alone without being lonely? Say yes? We may need to share a Starbucks!

I can see myself living in an American city for half the year and in paradise the other half.
The qualities that I am looking for in a partner are relationship oriented more so than looks. I want to find someone who is warm and cheerful. Ideally, she would be affectionate and a good communicator who has some savvy about what makes relationships work.
I adore femininity but she doesn’t have to be a girly girl….just interesting and a great companion in her own way.
Simplicity can be anything but simple with the right person. I can have a great time just sitting in the dark with a single candle and having a provocative conversation about life or whatever have you.
Given the choice to with the world's most beautiful woman.....or someone who has the warmth to make me genuinely smile and feel wanted, I will take the latter.
Date single man from Phoenix, United States. I like to cook. I cook almost all of my meals. Prefer flavorful foods (read spicy).

Someone who can lean back and close her eyes and let nature warm her face and waft the morning air across her. With a sparkle in her eyes and a vibrant spirit.
Meet a man from Phoenix, United States. First of all, I’m 65, have been single since 1992. The question is, am I set in my ways and did I become a “better Man”? My synopsis is, at my age you become a little “set in your ways” But I am, without a doubt, a Better Man. So that’s how I got here, in the fewest words possible.
My History: Born in Cleveland Ohio, in a white collar family, As a Sicilian/German Catholic. I attended (elementary, High school and yes, a Catholic Collage), so I am one real repressed catholic. But “I survived”……I think! …. I’m just me; trying to make my small world a better place for me and the one I share it.
When I moved to Phoenix 1970 got a job at AlliedSignal / Honeywell,
