I don't like games or drama, I like uncomplicated. It would be great to find someone that shares similar values and interests. One that enjoys spending time with each other and each others' children is very important (we only have them until they are 18...not many years left). She would need to have a good balance between work and family. Having someone that has a job and knows how to budget/live within our means is important (I don't like debt). I do fine on my own, but don't want someone overly needy or high maintenance. I like to have flexibility to surprise her with things she wants and travel.
I enjoy laughter and good times. However, I am not a funny person in general. I am an honest and caring person. I have two daughters, 13 and 11, and we go to church regularly. I have them at least 50% of the time. Doing activities outside is my favorite (fun things in the mountains or beach and things around the house and town). I enjoy home cooked meals and dining out too. A good bottle of wine, meal and relaxing evening are nice (wish I had a fireplace but don't). I enjoy college football and basketball. I am a Univ. Kentucky fan, being from Kentucky...and most of my family is still there. I am conservative in politics and do get involved in those activities some.
A little history: I spent a lot of time on grandparents farm with my family while growing up and started working from an early age (selling vegetables and mowing grass). I was a hang gliding instructor at Kitty Hawk Kites after my first year in college and have been with my present job ever since then (started as a co-op then hired full time out of college). I have been divorced for a year after being married for 15 yrs.
Likely, after several dates we could determine if a long-term relationship is worth pursing (assuming there are at least two dates with deep conversations...I don't want to waste our time if things are not feasible from the beginning).
It would be really great to have that butterfly feeling of excitement, hope and wonder not only from the beginning but throughout our marriage. I want an amazing wife on the inside and out. There is a lot here, but two things I can't compromise on are honesty and faith.

Meet someone special from United States. I am a fairly simple person. I don't require a lot of "toys" to make me happy. I laugh easily, and have no problem laughing at myself when I've done something dumb. I like all types of sports; playing them and watching. I have recently learned to snow ski and really enjoy it, now that it has become less painful. Seriously...the second time I went, I ended up in the hospital. But, I'm all better now and will hit the slopes again the next chance I get. I enjoy hiking, camping, and fishing. If I'm inside, I'm usually reading a book.
