1) Stand out. You want a nice, laid back, down to earth guy with a good sense of humor. No sh*t, that's implied. Stating this in your profile is a waist of time since 99% of the others say the same thing. You say you like to laugh but your profile is boring. Telling about an experience or ranting on an opinion is interesting. Here's an example of what would make me LMAO out loud if found in a random listing..."I'm looking for a real uptight, lying and cheating a-hole that treats women like property and hasn't had a job or a joke since he could remember. I prefer his primary residence to be that of single wide shared with his parental figures and his neck to be of the burgundy nature."
2) Disease Free? Again, this is implied, and kind of gross to be asking. A disease full individual will not abide by this just because you said so. Furthermore, disease free says you're easy. Think about it, you wouldn't ask if you didn't plan on...
3a) A picture is worth 1 word, good or bad. We of the fairless nature will look at your pics before we decide to read you profile. Do not post pics that you are not in. The pic of the view from the Eiffel Tower does not do it justice. If it did, this is the wrong website. The pic of you and your pet is appreciated. A pic of the pet by himself is acceptable only when it does something cool or funny, since you taught it that.
3b) This part is not shallow, it is true and common sensual. Do not post a pic of you next to your more attractive friend, especially in a bikini. Instead, post a pic with your slightly less attractive friend to make you look better. I know you love your friends, but they love you too and are willing to sacrifice this without their knowledge.
3c) The puckered lips, raised eye brow picture: You look stupid. Refer to point #2, slut.
4) Good grammar is sexy. Sentence fragments, comma splices, wrong words, and misspelled words say you spent high school under the bleachers, when you were there.
5) Be realistic and cautious. The one that seems a little creepy is usually harmless and often misread. You should be more careful of the one that seems perfect and says all the right things. Brad Pitt does not date online.

I greatly value my family and friends. My parents recently moved back to Alabama and now live in Tuscaloosa, so Alabama football Saturdays have again become a family affair. The guys and I usually frequent any local sporting events, The Station two and Washington Square downtown.
One of my biggest passions is traveling to foreign countries. I want to see as many as possible before I die. Last year I went to Ireland and Italy. Where I did everything from hiking up an active volcano to riding the gondolas in Venice.
I also can't live life without music. I went to the Bonnaroo Festival this year and was exposed to a lot of new music that I thoroughly enjoyed. I've been to two Dave Matthews Band concerts so far this year and will see him both nights that he plays in Chicago for his last concerts in the US until 2012!
I spend 3 - 4 days a week in the gym, so that I can eat what I want without getting a huge gut..but I'd also like to try to eat better and get in better shape.
