I'm a very laid back kiwi bloke who has spent half my life racing triathlon at the top level. I traded a traditional career to follow my passion, it hasn't made me wealthy but I am happy I did it as it brought me here. I have lived in beautiful San Diego for about 8 years. I have just recently given up racing, now I will do it for fun and to stay fit. I'm a t-shirt over a collar and tie type of guy and I am not a type A personality or vain. I don't take any medications, do drugs or smoke, I do enjoy a beer or wine probably once or twice a week, usually a social beer or wine with friends. I don't suffer from ADHD, OCD, hoarding or restless leg syndrome. I love travelling and I have been very lucky through sport to travel and live in several different countries around the world. I'm fairly knowledgeable on most things and I am capable of having a meaningful conversation with just about anyone. I am very, very versatile and my friends say I am intelligent, but they may be biased. I am not religious but I do have great respect other people's faiths. I work to live, my work is not my life. I am not a flashy guy, I like new toys like anyone but I can also do without. I love to spend my free time with company, trying new coffee shops or restaurants. Other times I prefer to relax watching a good tv show or travel to somewhere different for a special weekend ; ) I am very easy to get along with and prefer company as to being alone.
I was married for over 6 years with zero baggage and no regrets. I am looking for a do over. I would love to find someone to love and share a life and grow with.
I am looking for someone who is very passionate and enjoys passion, caring, trustworthy and honest. She would be the most important thing in my life and I would be the same to her. A little free spirited who likes a little bit of adventure. Someone that can enjoy the small things in life and is not materialistic. I'm not wealthy and I don't own a house so if your after a rich guy then thats not me. You don't have to be into sport, although it would be great if you do like looking after your body. I am not out for a quick fix, I am looking for a life partner, someone to grow old with and care for, for many years to come.
