If I’m not watching a volleyball tournament or Auburn football game or chasing that little white ball around the course (or more frequently the rough), you might find me digging in the dirt (I love to work in the yard) or working on small home remodeling projects. I’m by no means a pro, but I enjoy learning new skills. I’m just as comfortable with a drill, hammer and paint brush as I am with a frilly apron, cooking favorite recipes and entertaining a houseful of family and friends. It only takes a second and my suitcase is packed for that spur of the moment road trip. I always enjoy climbing into the car, with picnic packed, and head towards (pick any city)…no hotel reservations, no time frame, no plans. Just stopping to explore anything and everything on the way – whatever looks interesting. You never know what adventure you’ll find when you’re not on a schedule!
