From my heart without much editing, but after a lot of learning, thinking, reading and a few mistakes:

Sincerely nice, kind, loving - other wise when things don't go well - we will too often be hurtful. Very, very affectionate and very romantic - why would we miss out on anymore of that! Dislike drama. We have both matured since turning 16 and appreciate emotional maturity. ;-)
Open to real intimacy – I know, that requires being vulnerable too! A good communicator – which also means a good listener, both with our ears and our heart. Compassionate, caring, giving - things will not always be easy, we all have faults and weaknesses; and sometimes need comfort and support.
Understanding and flexible- we will be different; have different habits, styles, likes and dislikes. Honest, loyal, trust worthy and trusting – trust is a basic foundation of a relationship. Very attractive and fit – neat, clean, well dressed and want to make a good impression. But let’s look real and not take all day! ;-)
Health conscious, non-smoker, responsible drinker, and not addicted to drugs – let’s live to be active and healthy 100 year olds, to enjoy this wonderful experience together, as long as we can.
Passionate – about one another ... and at least one other thing! Smart, interested in many things, and interested in growing and exploring – there is so much to enjoy! Enjoy music. Financially stable – not stingy, and not hung up on money. We understand we can’t take it with us! :-)
Emotionally mature, deep and mentally healthy – if we have issues we should be willing to address them, and if we need it, willing to take our medication! ;-) Interested in understanding and willing to work at understanding one another, in order to have a deep connection.
Fun, humorous, funny, and playful – don’t take life too seriously. Selectively sensual and very sexual. Real, down-to-earth – we will like each other and others will like us, just as we really are! Physically active ... yes that way too. ;-)
Forgiving – you may be perfect, but don’t expect me to be! Spiritual and willing to grow spiritually. If religious understand the difference between being religious and being spiritual. Interested in helping others. Open and not judgmental. Brave and not afraid of change!
If we have close friends of the opposite sex, we end up both being friends with them eventually. We also know how to make sure ex's are just ex's!
Well aware that a good relationship takes effort to build and maintain, and aware of the danger of taking the other for granted, and willing to work at making it truly special.
