Sorry about the exercise bit , but i seriously injured my back on a night paracute jump- and ended up in and out of Walter Reed Army Hosp for a yr. i do daily activities, walking, normal things. Its just exercise brings on spasms, and i lost one lung, but other has compensated because of my conditioning. Same with weight. I was very, athletic, muscular so i am not fat...just built like those ex-pro football guys turned wrestler on TVHAHA. I have to take pain meds for the back and other old fractures in the neck, arms , leg ..Thats why guys like me never get 30 yrs in service.You jump out of an airplane 100 times in the dark into trees--ya gonna get banged up. Another reason I don't ride Harleys. I proved myself a long time ago. I know what I am... and don't need to be motorcycle, tatoo, gun-toin',beer drinkin' Macho man. I still have the testosterone but don't advertise it.. I really enjoy pampering an affectionate femine-woman-running her bath, cooking for her, shopping together. I lost my wife in 2000 but put divorced to avoid the stigma. My greatest pleasure is the smell in the house after a woman's bath--bubble bath, body lotion , shampoo perfume--all those smells wafting through the house...
