I was a test pilot and retired from the military as an officer (I’m a gentleman too!) I love the beach, swimming, sailing, fishing, and a moon-lit walk on the beach, camping, outdoors, and nature. I have a passion for flying (the free bird in me - great song too!), airplanes, helicopters, and enjoy my work as an aeronautical engineer on Fort Rucker fixing helicopters. I like to cook, grill, and experiment with new recipes; I just don’t like to eat by myself. I also enjoy organic vegetable gardening. I’m a regular guy that enjoys life to the fullest. I am not a user or abuser and I’m not into games or drama. I value my maturity, honesty, morals, ethics, and the integrity to do what is right. I’m the old fashioned type of gentleman that shows simple respect by opening doors, seats you at the table, and you served first at a restaurant. I also enjoy traveling; I've been to 11 different countries in Europe and served our country in Iraq.
I would like to meet a woman who I find is attractive. There has to be a mutual physical attraction for anything to follow. One who is honest, without honesty there is no basis for first, friendship; and then, a relationship - a relationship is built on trust for any long term commitment. I am not interested in a “one night stand” or a woman with benefits. If you drink a lot or use drugs (including recreational/social drugs) I’m not interested. We will not get along if you walk on the wrong side of the law. Mentally, your glass needs to be at least half full. I do believe that “chemistry” is very important… it would be great if you would like to try or experience some of my interest and likewise, I would like to share in your interest – it works both ways, not one sided. Meet men and women from Daleville, United States. I am a Christian mother of 2 beautiful young women. I have a wonderful grandchild. I grew up in the army..yep I'm a proud army brat...was a good life for me. As a child, I lived in Japan, Mississippi, Germany, Hawaii, Alabama, Texas and Oklahoma. I've lived in Alabama all my adult life.
I love spending time with my family. My sisters are my best friends and my children and grandchild are the loves of my life. Church life is very important to me. I have always enjoyed the water...swimming, boating and just enjoying the sunset. I plan to learn to sail before I retire...but have a few years to work on that.
The music that I listen to is mostly from the 70's and 80's...love old motown music. My favorite singers are Al Green, Rod Stewart, Stevie Nicks, Teddy Pendergrass and Jack Johnson. I don't mind a little country music at times.
I am so comfortable in my life but have started missing that "other" person...that's why I'm here.
