Like everyone here I am looking for this special person to start a serious long term relationship.
Background:
I grew up in France, studied 8 years in Paris for my PhD and I moved to sunny San Diego in 2004. I am very lucky to enjoy my job, I have a good salary that allows me to enjoy life. I am a responsible woman and would expect the same from my partner.
Personality:
I would say that I am driven and know what I want. I am generally motivated, hard-working and perseverant. I am serious, a good listener,, modest, easy-going, sensitive and I am not a drama queen.
In a relation, I am romantic, affectionate, love to hug, kiss, hold hand in the street….
Hobbies and interests:
In my free time I loved exercising, I go to fitness 2-3 times/week, I do enjoy running, playing tennis and skiing during the winter season. I also enjoy hiking, planning weekend to discover around California. During the week, I often go out with friends for a drink, a restaurant or a concert. I enjoy the Belly-up program. If I loved being active I can also enjoy a cosy evening laying on the couch watching movies.
I also loved traveling, visiting new countries, understanding different culture, testing different type of food... I am curious and open minded, and very interested in exploring what the Earth has to offer. I would definitively look for someone that share this same interest.
When I have time, I enjoy cooking (even so I am not a Chef ;-)) and can prepare good French dishes. Now, I am trying to cook different type of Asian food such as Thai curry as well as Indian (just bought an Indian recipes book). I shopped almost exclusively organic food. Whole food, Bristol Farms and Trader's Joes are my favorite place to do grocery shopping.
Family and friends:
Family is really important so I travel often back to France to visit them, this is very important for me. I also love hanging out with my friends, this is crucial that I am surrounded with good people. Family and friends are the heart of my life and I wish to add one more special person, the one that shares my everyday life.

All of them are from the past 12 month (besides few that are annotated) and I keep updating them now and then. So what you see, it what you will get if we met, no surprise. I am mostly in pants/jeans but I could wear high heels and dress up for special occasion.
