I'm an upbeat, adventurous (want to go fast or high?), spontaneous, affectionate and fun loving woman who has varied interests (music, dancing - especially to disco; don't roll your eyes!!, travel, sports) and is always ready to laugh. I am passionate about my 12 yo son (50/50 custody), family and friends, being physically active, sunsets (sounds cheesy but true), and of course, the prospect of sharing it all with someone special!
I prefer to be outdoors, rather than in. Prefer to be involved, rather than sit on the side lines. Definitely not a big TV watcher, so that leaves time for live music (opera and musicals too!), travel (back in the day traveled around SE Asia for 2 years - spent 6 mos teaching English in Japan), reading, exploring new places and simply chillin' on the patio w/ a glass of wine (can you say syrah??) and watching my puppy tear up the backyard...
I'm fairly familiar with craft beer - rare that I meet an amber or brown ale that I don't like... ;-) I love ethnic food and believe that the best Thai food in OC is to be found on Beach Blvd in Stanton (swear!).
I'm a USC alumni, so love 'SC football, but not over the top. Basically conservative politically, but not over the top ;-) I consider myself pragmatic, yet a die hard optimist... Not only is the glass half full, but we can expect it to remain so ;-)
For exercise I go to the gym, but prefer to run at the beach or park, play tennis, mountain bike, hike or just about anything else.
I started snow skiing when I was 16 - but not nearly as competent as that might imply...
If you're HUMOROUS, intelligent, affectionate, curious and not afraid to try something new...then most likely we'd have fun chatting. ;-) Laughter, adventure and chemistry; that's what I'm looking for...
