I'm looking for a long term relationship (local to San Diego county, please) with a gentleman who loves the outdoors yet is refined, confident but not cocky, intelligent but doesn't look down on others, genuine, honest, warm and caring, AND LOVES TO LAUGH!! A Christian man of impecable character above all else. Be open, up front and honest with me and we'll get through anything together. Yes, these real men still exist, but are a rare find. Like you, I am interested in profiles with photos only. No photo, no response/contact from me. If you're separated and not legally divorced, please don't bother. I'm not interested in long distance relationships (long distance = more than 40 miles away from northern San Diego county), and I have to be very honest, I'm not expecting to marry again. If you are a mama's boy or lacks a backbone, look elsewhere. Sorry to sound so negative, but been there, done that and those kind of relationships don't work for me.
A San Diego native who moved from the Clairemont area to San Marcos within the last couple of years. I'm an outdoorsy, athletic person who is very friendly, easily approachable, intelligent, down to earth, and humility is my BEST quality. LOL! (I crack myself up sometimes!) . I enjoy simple pleasures like roasting marshmellows over a campfire, hiking, peaceful sunrises and beautiful sunsets, longs walks on the beach, watching the hummingbirds in my patio, popcorn and a good movie, and spending time with my family and friends. Although I enjoy my heels and dresses, I'm just as comfortable in my jeans and tennis shoes. I'm a refined lady and a tomboy, like fine china and candlelight, olled taco dinners sitting on the rocks at Torrey Pines State Beach. You'd probably best describe my personality as bi-polar, I am well rounded and very easy to talk to and be with, and very comfortable with the person I've become. (My boss and friends are amazed that I'm single!). During the summer I love to go backpacking/camping in the Sierras (see photos) - Yosemite and Ansel Adams wilderness areas are my favorite places. There's just no where else on the planet as beautiful - truly God's country!
My jr. high/high school girlfriends tell me that I haven't changed much overy the years, so you'll not see much difference in my photos from year to year. As for a variety of photos, the problem is that I'm usually behind the camera instead of in front of it, so I don't have a lot of pictures of myself. Photography is fun and I enjoy it a lot - a serious hobby when I'm too old to go backpacking anymore....? Golf is now a focus and I'm always open to learning/doing new things/activities and exploring.
I'm a part time single mom, so I have non-parental downtime and free weekends.
