Date someone special from Aromas, United States. I'm curious by nature and blend that with having fun. Adventure --- not insanity--- is important too, having traveled extensively, by air, car, boat, bus, animal, foot, bicycle, train, and motorcycle (many thousands of miles on some trips - "Iron Butt" patch holder -- no it's not a weird fettish); through every type of weather imaginable. The journeys, the people I met along the way, experiencing other cultures, customs, and traditions, have been incredible and humbling. Continued exploration, travel, and life experiences are a necessary part of my life, since everyone is a teacher and every place is a classroom (that curiousity thing again). It's time to pack the bags for another adventure!
I've been described as drama free, witty, fun, positive, intelligent, easy going.............and a pretty good cook. I can get very serious and focused when necessary, or sometimes let go with a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not shy, just quietly observant in new situations. Usually I'll just go with the flow.
Family and friends are most important to me. My sons and their families mean everything to me. I was a scout leader, sports mom, nurse, chauffer, coach, mentor, teacher, and yes, disciplinarian. Now, I'm loving the added Grandma role.
My job and career really suit me well. I'm challenged in many ways, most of it brain twisters. For now, retirement isn't something on the calendar. Beside work, fitness is part of my routine, swimming in the wee hours of the morning. I also like to watch and participate in other sports. I keep my life in balance with other activities too, such as travel, theater, gardening, pets, and music. I'm an accomplished terrible pianist.

We're secure with ourselves, physically, emotionally, and financially. We're communicators on all levels.
