Having said that (I can't say this phrase without thinking of Curb Your Enthusiasm), I am a down to earth person, I enjoy running to stay fit but also because I ran throughout high school and college (XC and track) so I like the competition part as well. Hiking is something else I like, especially in the mountains where the scenery is beautiful. I like camping- moreso in a cabin but tents are okay too. I really love to travel but there are so many places I have yet to see.

What am I grateful for? My loving family who shares my sense of humor, the fact that I have a job, my health, and a cozy bed to sleep in at night. I love all things cozy.
What type of person am I trying to attract? I want someone who can make me laugh. Someone who is active, but they don't have to be ALL about fitness. Sometimes I want to relax and do other, nonactive stuff. Like cooking, watching a movie, reading, and painting. I am looking for someone who is kind, caring, tolerant, but is not a doormat.

I don't believe in selling your soul for money, but I know the value of a dollar and tend to air on the side of saving money instead of spending it. A MAJOR turnoff for me is someone who doesn't manage money because I own a business and live without debt. Drug use is also a deal breaker as it would hamper my business.
