- These days I work as a teacher. I love it.
- Laughing is pretty much my favorite thing to do. That includes laughing at myself, with myself, by myself... I'm not picky.
- I sometimes feel like an old lady trapped in a 24 year old's body. That's not to say I don't enjoy going out... But often times I'm just as happy having friends over or cuddling up at home.
- I'm obnoxiously competitive, but only when playing board games, card games etc.
- I love to travel, New Zealand probably being my favorite destination thus far.
- I love being outside, I have a favorite three mile hike that I've been doing for years, for some reason it never gets old.
- I grew up riding horses. I was on the back of a horse before I was on my own two feet.
- I can't ride a bike. It's really embarrassing but I'd love to learn. People have tried to teach me, all have failed. Up for the task?
- I love to express myself creatively. Whether its through my clothes, playing around with my cameras, pretending I can draw... However it manifests itself on any given day, it is a very important outlet for me.
- I'm a pretty good cook, have some amazing family recipes (I bet you I can make the best marinara sauce you've ever tasted) but would love to know more. At some point, hopefully soon, I would love to take some cooking classes.
- Generally speaking, as long as people are respectful towards me, I'm pretty easy to get along with. I think life is just more fun that way.
As for what I'm looking for... It depends what I find. In all honesty, I work a lot and am slightly disillusioned by my experiences with men I've met in the "bar scene." Some of my work friends convinced me to give this a try. I don't really have any expectations but I'm open minded.
But if I had to give details... someone who makes me laugh, has eclectic interests, is confident but not cocky, smart but still wants to learn, enjoys sarcasm, is openminded, takes risks and just generally loves life. In terms of looks, while I have preferences... I have dated all kinds. So for the sake of argument, looks don't matter but attraction definitely does.
** I have both photos of me as a blonde and photos of me as a brunette up here. I was blonde for years and years and just recently went dark. So in order to have more photos, I included some blonde ones as well.
