Date a man from Redwood City, United States. Let's see, a little about me... I moved out to California a few years ago for work and finally decided to settle down in the Peninsula. I lived in SF for a while I think it's a great city and all, NYC will always be my home city. I am well traveled and love to travel internationally. My some of my favorite places are Paris, London, Santiago, Amsterdam, Argentina, Tokyo, Barcelona and Belgium (ok, the last one's not a city but loved it there). OK maybe more than some…
I have a sarcastic sense of humor, which i attribute from Northern Jersey. I'm a bit shy at first when meeting someone but it doesn't last very long before I feel more comfortable and outgoing. I'm mostly laid back outside of work and do whatever suits my mood.
I like baseball, american football, F1 racing and cycling. I cycle mostly on the weekends and sometimes during the week. A sunny beach is one of my favorite places to be when I want to get away and relax. I can't imagine not living close to water. I've also been getting back into photography lately and experimenting with compositions.
I'm happy with my career and life in general. I worked hard to get to where I am today and am ready to take the next step and share my life with someone special. Tired of the bar and club scene so I'm giving this a shot. I'm looking for something with spark, independent, witty, smart, honest, loyal and in it for the long term. I understand that relationships aren't easy and am ready to put the effort in as long as you are.
Meet people from Redwood City, United States. People describe me as a fun, energetic and unique person. I also like to add flexible since I believe that is key to have a great life - learn from obstacles but don't keep hitting them. I love everything that makes people happy and growing - traveling, cultures, languages, sports.
Date a man from Redwood City, United States. I really wish Whole Foods in San Mateo would have a number system at the meat counter. Not having one creates this uncomfortable situation where people are looking around at each other, wondering who is next, not wanting to cut, but also not wanting to let anyone cut. Occasionally there’s some clever body positioning that takes place, which often involves a series of baby steps. Eventually the guy yells, “I can help who’s next.” (Bad grammar but somehow that’s the accepted phrase). When this happens people do a quick look around to see if they’re in the clear. Occasionally your eyes will lock with someone and there’s a brief but slightly tense moment. Most people, wanting to avoid confrontation, will say, “Go ahead” or actually tell the guy, “He’s next”. The aggressive types avoid all eye contact and simply start blurting out their order at the first opportunity. Now, let’s get back to that numbering system. It’s simple, it’s easy, everyone gets it (almost), and it works. Yet Whole Foods resists. Why, I don’t know. I could do something. I could complain, ask to see the manager, write letters, start a blog. But that’s not my style. Instead I’m just going to throw this message out into the abyss and hope that someone finds comfort in knowing that, when it comes to frustrations of grocery store shopping, you are not alone!
Some things to know about me:
• Sometimes I open a Snapple just to read what’s under the cap.
• I never stopped eating carbs.
• I read Astronomy magazine
• I know that monogamy is not a type of wood.
• Bread crumbs make everything taste better.
• When I see a young child with a mullet I feel genuine sympathy.
• I don't get why they stopped making the board game Hungry Hippos.
• After a few cocktails I steal food off people’s plates.
• I accidentally got a knife past airport security.
• I think people who put dogs in strollers should be fined and put in therapy.
• Kevin James’ dance scene in Hitch is the funniest thing I’ve ever seen.
• I have no will power against cupcakes (does anyone?).
Meet someone special from Redwood City, United States. I am an easy going guy, like to stay busy in life and always on the look out to try new and exciting things, there are plenty of things that I have never done so that should be no problem. I enjoy doing things in the outdoors; kiteboarding, mountainbiking, cycling in general, roller hockey.
Food is definitely one of my passions. I love eating out in all sorts of places, but I also love to cook for people. Love to educate myself by reading on a variety of topics.
Traveling is another thing I truly enjoy, love to experience new people and places.
Date people from Redwood City, United States. I grew up on the East Coast .... Philadelphia.

Personality traits
People say I always look serious...but don't let that fool you :-)
I am genuine, fair and honest. Sometime I speak my mind but I respect one's perspective. Also enjoy discussing different topics with opposing viewpoints.
Friendly and open minded about situations, people and things. I give people the benefit of the doubt.
My friends say I have strong character, integrity and intuition.
Loyal and Trusted Friend! I have a great, small group of close friends and I am there for them when they need it. Friends for life as they say!
I try to be active and play sports and work out, but I enjoy downtime as well, just chill'n, listening to music (Alternative Rock, Hip-Hop, Jazz or Classical (Pandora is awesome) or watching all types of movies.
TV Favorites (If I have time): 24; Discovery Channel(Planet Earth in HD); Animal Planet; Entourage; Food Network(sometimes) and of course, NFL in HD!
I want to take cooking classes if I can find a partner in crime ;-)
My Ideal Partner/Relationship: Chemistry, Values & of course, Compatibility!
-Looking for a classy, down to earth girl, who is genuinely sweet, compassionate (heart of gold) and really appreciates family values.
-Someone who is comfortable with herself and can have a great time/adapt to any situation.
-Independant and self-sufficient not pampered..she enjoys being taken care of but doesn't require it.
-Strong value system, easy going and must have a sense of humor to laugh at my sometimes cheesy comments.
-Smart and Intelligent but more importantly just street smarts
-Someone who is committed to her ideas and passionate about her interests.
-At times, she likes to stay in, cuddle and watch movies but can also get ready for cultural events and a night out in the city...
-Have a healthy attitude about fitness and health.
-And I am still a hopeless romantic.
But at the end of the day, real chemistry is the key...and everything else will follow...you can't write about that in this section, you have to experience it.
Meet someone special from Redwood City, United States. I am sweet and gentle European guy, moved to US for my career in science and high tech business. My job takes much of my time and i have few occasions to meet new people. I am looking for a companion, a nice and gracious girl who wants to spend some time together hanging out, traveling and have some fun; then will see what happens.
I like very much music and in particular string instruments. I play a bit all of them and sometimes i built them. I love movies and cooking for somebody. I have traveled a lot and I always like to see new places.
Date single man from California, United States. Thanks for checking out my profile.
Things to know about me are:
-I was born and raised on the Peninsula and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in the foreseeable future.
-I am a loyal friend who is naturally thoughtful and caring.
-I love my job and have a strong sense of duty so I sometimes make work my priority when it is needed. I work in the Biotech industry and look forward to coming to work each day and working with amazing people.
-I am an avid sportsman and I love to hunt. I go after deer, elk, bears, pigs, and turkeys. I've been hunting my whole life and need your support and understanding. I don’t expect you to also hunt but I’d expect you to enjoy camping and getting away on the weekends to go along with me to my cabin in Napa. This is a big part of my life and getting out in nature is probably what gives me the greatest happiness. In the offseason I like to occasionally get out of the city and ride the ATV, cut firewood, and relax by a fire with a cold drink.
-I am a country boy at heart and became country-fied when I was at Fresno State. My go-to is country but I tend to be diverse. You can probably classify it as TS…. Taylor Swift to Too $hort or BS... Blake Shelton to Billy Squier... or even just S...... Sugarland to Sugarcult.
-I split season tickets to the Giants with a coworker and love going to AT&T Park. There is nothing like having dinner/drinks before a game and enjoying the energy of the crowd. The seats are on the first base side and you really feel apart of the action. I also follow the 49ers and Warriors and despise the Dodgers, Lakers, Cowboys, and Raiders in that order.
-I also enjoy catching up on DVR’d shows and find the “actuality” shows the most interesting. If it’s on Nat Geo, Discovery, A&E, or Bravo having to do with gold, lumberjacks, crabbing, or prepping, I’ve probably seen it. I’ve gotten hooked on the Netflix watch instantly feature and have completed seasons of: Friday Night Lights, Brothers and Sisters, Dirty Sexy Money, United States of Tara, My Boys, and am currently watching Madmen.
-In the evenings, I look forward to going out for dinner or hitting a bar to people watch. It is amazing how quickly a night can pass when you are with someone having a good conversation with a person you care about.
-I like all types of food and tend to treat myself to fish or sushi. I’ve found a few really good places on the peninsula and in the city that I’d like to share. While I don’t mind cooking at home, I find cooking for one is not that fun. I am eating more at home and trying new things in the kitchen.
What I like: clean sheets, warm days/crisp evenings, Vegas, any Will Ferrell or Vince Vaughn movie, all Apple products, sushi, long drives, smell of being in the woods, Blue Moon, Bulleit bourbon, the bugle of a bull elk or a gobble of a turkey, KNBR, donuts, and diesel trucks.
What I am hopeful you are:
-Someone who enjoys the outdoors, camping, and is not afraid of getting dirty.
-You follow sports and like going to baseball games.
-Not a Dodger or Laker fan, heehee.
-Independent, mature, responsible, communicative, confident, assertive, and drama-free.
-You have a career which you enjoy.
-You have hobbies and outside interests that keep you busy.
-You have a good circle of friends that keep you busy but not so much that you can’t have a relationship.
-You have a positive outlook on life and tend to see the good in people first.
Overall, chemistry is very important and there has to be that attraction to make a connection. I tend to be on the shy side when out by myself and am always intimidated to approach a group of women. One on one I am perfectly fine and always have something to say. I hope you are interested enough to shoot me note or wink, and let’s get this started.
Meet men and women from California, United States. So thought i refresh this and make it a little simpler......
What I'm looking for....a girl that just knows how to have fun in any environment.....if its at a bike rally ...a concert...or a wedding dinner...we have fun

Looking for a best friend and even if we don't work out...I still want to be friends....I think it says a lot about someone if you date and see that it doesn't work....but respect what drew you two together and continue that....even just as friends
Life is to short to hate or for Drama (just broke up with a girl that told me I needed to hate the mother of my kids...cause until I did I couldn't love her....crazy....ya I know)
I have learned a lot in the last few years that I never knew or understood before...so consider yourself lucky....hahahaha jk...ready to get off the roller coaster life can be and just relax with my kids and someone special
I know how to listen and understand what you want.... if you can tell me....and want you to do the same....
My last real relationship went bad do to the lack of understanding and communication, and I really never want to loose another great girl just cause we cant compromise, or understand the other and the reasons for doing things
If you are open for fun...can understand sarcasm and laugh at my jokes..have a few tattoos (or not...nothing wrong with Virgins...hahahha)...take care of yourself....have a life of your own where mine wont become yours (sorry no stage 5 clingers)...and don't count pennies or trip on the small bumps in life...you never know where life takes you so have fun on the way.
Well i hope I simplified this out....cause there seem to be some Crazy 1s here....hahaha....and no not Jk on that.....but I thought I give this another try...

Date a soulmate from California, United States. Sitting here trying to figure out exactly what it is that I like about me. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying I feel devoid of attributes, or qualities which might intrigue the keen eye. Rather, I hope that instead of bluntly pointing out my personality traits, my words paint a clear picture of the entire meaning of me.
Hopefully my words indicate the sheer zest for life and adventure that lurks inside. Although there may be an absence of car chases and explosions in my writing, I am well aware that in life some of those may come along.
I have a need for intellectual fulfillment, but also have a love of laughter and living my life with a smile. I look for fun and excitement creating sparks, but feel that loyalty and togetherness are ultimately what makes something work.
Finally, I cross my fingers that the sincerity with which I wrote these words is conveyed within them. If so, and what you read makes you want to take a closer look, we can take the next step to learn about each other, and turn a 'maybe not' into a 'just might.'
