I have a difficult time expressing my spiritual beliefs in any "concrete" way (I think concrete spirituality is probably an oxymoron) (I do not do dogma well) but I do believe we are here to "improve", "evolve", and to share this with someone intimately (as you can't evolve too far without doing so).
