In 2007 I had a Heart Attack While Working Out at The Gym, go Figure. I was in Good Shape at the Time but that didn't seem to matter, the Damage was already done. I had a Clogged Artery from Bad Eating in the Past, No Family History or anything like that. It just goes to show you life is to Short, You Could be in Perfect Health and Gone the Next Day.
I Keep myself in Pretty Good Shape by Working Out Everyday, sometimes 2x Per Day, I only Drink a Little Red Wine Once in a While, I Don't Do Drugs or Smoke.
