Date someone special from California, United States. So I am attempting to write about myself and have quickly learned it's not that easy haha. Anyone else have the same problem? My friends would describe me as outgoing, adventurous, funny, hard working, and fun to be around. I like to think I am a gentleman (how mom raised me) a little chivalry will go a long way. I love the beach, surfing, playing golf, hiking, fishing, BASEBALL (GIANTS!), the mountains, rock climbing, snowboarding and everything in between. I usually fill my days off with outdoor activities. I am not one to sit on the couch indoors, unless it's raining. I am here because I am simply exhausted with the bar scene, Don't get me wrong I like to go out with my friends but it isn't the ideal place to meet people. What I am looking for is someone who is down to earth, hard working, doesn't take life too seriously, and is ready to see where life takes them. I am ready to settle in to a meaningful relationship and have my best friend by my side.

How about describing myself by what I'm currently doing: I took a month off from work to unicycle through the Swiss alps from Zurich to Brixen (Northern Italy). What does that mean? Well, I like the cycling and nature.....well, cycling on one wheel, which is sort of different. So, I guess I'm not your standard average guy.
I love being outdoors and live in the woods in Santa Cruz mountains surrounded by my favorite gentle giant redwoods. Previously, I spent five years living in a treehouse I built in a grove of redwoods out in Corralitos, and I still have a strong passion and love of treehouses.
Unicycling, in particular mountain unicycling, became a gateway sport to other circus based activities. Lately I have really been enjoying learning Roue Cyr (also known as the Cyr Wheel or Simple Wheel). Look it up if you don't know what it is. I also dabble in aerial things, like rope and silk, as I have each hanging from the beams in my house. That, and an "aerial cube" I welded out of steel. I don't do anything fancy in it, but people love playing on it at parties!
How about I quickly mention some other crazy or different things about me. I've unicycled in Africa, riding by wild giraffes as they gallop by. I previously competed in the world unicycle championships (and even won one race!) and am riding my way to Italy to compete again. I obviously enjoy traveling, and will continue to travel throughout my life. I like learning stuff, and making things. I take lots of pictures and enjoy playing with cameras. I'm eco-friendly, and in converted a 1969 VW bug to all electric and made it my daily driver.
Oh! My day job is playing with computers at a big technology company, and I love it. They pay me to do something I enjoy.
I smile a lot, and have wrinkles around my eyes to prove it.
